For shared use: property 400 m2 (fenced) with courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hot tub (extra). Roof terrace, washing machine (for shared use). 3.4 km long motor access (mountain road). Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. We had a nice stay with our four year old daughter! The Appartement is cosy and clean - the view trendemous! Perfect Location to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como! The hosts are very friendly and surprised us with gifts like tiramisu, cake and ice-cream. We still miss the Quietness, the stunning view and the cute dog Apollo! Unfortunately it is not perfect for family with babies, so we will definitely come back, but can not do so before our second daughter is born and can walk steep stairs alone

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, offen und gibt gerne Auskunft bei Fragen. Im Umkreis von 5 Km findet sich alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Badestrände und die Fähre für Ausflüge über den Comer See.

Nettes kleines Appartement mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet aber die schöne Aussicht und der Pool und auch die schöne Sonnenterrasse sind echte Highlights. Zum Parkplatz muss man allerdings ca 150m gehen.

Die Lage und Unterkunft insgesamt ist absolut topp, die Vermieter super nett und immer hilfreich (auf italienisch oder englisch), die Ausstattung hingegen sehr schlicht, WLAN nur eingeschränkt verfügbar, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.
