The apartment is in good condition, and it's in a nice secluded location with breathtaking views of the lake. really tranquil. We also even got some complimentary sparkling wine which was super nice!
the location is hard to access without a car. the train station in Fiumelatte is located up a huge hill, so if you have suitcases go to Varenna and grab a taxi.

Apartment was lovely and very clean, had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable
Balcony had a lovely view of the lake and it was very peaceful
If you are not travelling by car the walk from the station is uphill (took us around 10 mins) but was manageable - the town is very quiet and not much going on but located so close to Varenna (less than 30 mins to walk) or a few minutes on the train
