In the garden you will find sun loungers and parasols at your disposal. The apartment is communicating with another, so if you are a large family or you are traveling with friends who want to be close but have your independence, this is an excellent solution opportunity.
The owners will be at your complete disposal to give you all the information for the various excursions or advise you on where to taste excellent local dishes.

Making our way south through Italy we wanted to catch our breath a few days at the famous Lake Como. Doing our research we found Raffaella's listing with the stunning view of the lake. We are so glad we did. Not only was the location wonderful, but Raffaella was incredible to work with. Her communication and instructions were very helpful. The property was clean and as described. We liked how easy it was to get to the ferries from there.

We had multiple challenges (with transportation) while we were visiting Lake Como, and Raffaella helped with every one. Besides that, the apartment was well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen; the bed was comfortable; and the view was magnificent. We loved watching the shadows rise on the mountains across the lake in the evening, and the flowers and birds enhanced our time relaxing on the porch. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Absolutely gorgeous view & peaceful apartment. Raffaella was so kind & helpful! She even drove down the mountain to pick us up herself and take us to the apartment from the bus stop once she heard that we were arriving by bus instead of car. I really recommend her place!

We were so impressed by Raffaella from the moment she greeted us at the bus stop. She was so thoughtful lending us umbrellas, making restaurant reservations at a local restaurant and giving us great details to make sure we knew where everything was. Her place is gorgeous with the best panoramic view of the lake!! We will be back for sure!! So romantic! Thank you Raffaella!!

This place didnt disappoint. The views were spectacular! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The only challenges could be coming down to the unit for some people. It has steep pebbly steps. We loved our stay here!! The owners were so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay. The only downside is the very steep and uneven path down to the accomodation. Not suitable for anyone unfit, with a disability or heart condition, which is a shame as the views are stunning. Our host Raffaella was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. If you can handle the walk down it’s absolutely worth it. Just remember to pack light.

Well appointed apartment with a great view of Lake Como. We sat for hours enjoying an expansive view up and down the lake with the incredible mountain backdrop. Hearing the nearby church bells also contributed to the ambiance. Rafaella and her husband were tremendously helpful during check-in and out. Our only regret is we didn’t have enough time there!

The view from the apartment was great. Amenities also were excellent. It is in a difficult place to get to, so use google co-ordinates rather than a map application or you may end up on an ancient Roman path instead of a road. Raffaellla was very helpful once we found each other!

Fantastic apartment - very well equipped and the location is wonderful. The website pictures are spot on. A bit of a challenge riding our motorbike up the hairpin bends to the top but well worth it! Check out the little store on the way up and the beach bar on the lake.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit prima ausgestatteter Küche. Gartenanteil mit Liegestühlen und Tisch, extra Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr schön, um den Seeblick zu jeder Tageszeit zu genießen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Einziges Manko, man kann nicht direkt bis zum Haus fahren um auszuladen, sondern muss das Gepäck oder den Einkauf etwa 30m aufsteinigem Fußweg tragen. Uns haben die Tage dort gut gefallen.

L'appartement bénéfice de vues magnifiques sur le lac ! Que ce soit de la chambre de l'entrée / salon avec la grande baie vitrée de la terrasse ou du jardin. Il est bien équipé et tout est fonctionnel. Raffaella nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de bons conseils. On a toujours trouvé une place de parking facilement. Bref, une très bonne adresse près du lac de Côme que nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, qui est idéal à tous points de vue. Le plus remarquable est sans aucun doute la vue. Que ce soit de la terrasse ou du jardin à usage exclusif, la vue sur le lac est sublime. L'appartement est très bien équipé, en soulignant notamment la qualité de la literie et des oreillers. La cuisine est également bien équipée, vous trouverez tout ce qui est nécessaire. La localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur le lac, le service de ferry est très pratique. Enfin comment ne pas citer la gentillesse de Raffaella et Danilo, aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. On reviendra ! :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man hat von der Terrasse, vom Garten und vom Esszimmer (mit Panoramafenster) einen tollen Blick auf den See. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Obst- und Olivenbäumen und ist über einen kurzen gepflasterten Weg von der Straße aus zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, und die Kommunikation für die Anreise hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement est situé à environ 500 m au dessus du lac. Il est au calme on y accède par un petit sentier comme la plupart des locations. Il est très bien équipé et en parfait état avec une superbe terrasse très bien orientée. L'accueil de Raffaella est très chaleureux et de très bon conseil pour se promener. C'est une location que nous conseillons.
