Villa San Siro awaits you and welcomes you to make you spend unforgettable holidays. With all the comforts to make you feel at home, but to be on the beautiful western shore of Lake Como. The owners can give you directions for many itineraries that our lake offers. Independent house with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults + 1 cot for children. A kitchen equipped with everything needed fridge / frizzer, oven + microwave, dishwasher, table with 6 chairs + on request until stocks are exhausted we provide to those who request when booking the high chair, TV sat.
A livingroom with DVD + 6 chairs and table. A small laundry room with a washing machine and a shower.
The house is not suitable for disabled people.
Small garden in front of the house. We supply table + chairs.
It can be rented all year round because it is equipped with heating.
HEATING IS AN ADDITIONAL COST. AT YOUR ARRIVAL THE READING OF THE GAS IS CHECKED. THE COST IS EURO 1 X MC CONSUMED.
AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE ASKED EURO 70 x FINAL CLEANING (the house must be left as you found it, the kitchen cleaned without trash or food in the fridge and the dishes all clean, otherwise there will be a EURO 30 PENALTY) .
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are not allowed or ask the owner first.
