Nice apartment with private entrance, located in the historic village of Marena just minutes from the main tourist town of Menaggio (6 km.) And Bellagio (8km.).
The beach is easily reached on foot within 10 minutes.
Consisting of living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony with lake views and a furnished private sun terrace with table, chairs and a charcoal grill.
L 'apartment has everything you need to comfortably accommodate 4 persons, full kitchen with sink, gas stove 4 burners, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishes for cooking.
The villa sleeps two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room, possibility of cot on request.
French doors from the living room leads to the balcony overlooking the lake, where you can sip a glass of wine while you enjoy the panoramic view of the lake or get down on the lower terrace for eating 'open or sunbathing ..
ideal place to spend a quiet, relaxing vacation on the lake, is located approximately 800 m. the beaches and the medieval village of Rezzonico dominated by the fourteenth-century castle.
In the area you can hike along the old footpaths that link the old villages, discovering breathtaking views of the lake and still pristine areas with an antique flavor.
For those looking for a more "traditional tourism", you can relax on the beach and cool off in the 'lake water, or can visit the numerous villas with high value botanical gardens and countless monuments and ancient ruins scattered throughout the Como area, l' apartment is in fact not far from the main tourist areas (5 km from Menaggio, 10 km from Bellagio and 30 km. from Lugano).
During the summer you can attend the numerous village festivals with fireworks.

Very nice place, beautiful views and friendly and accommodating host :)
Would highly recommend. Just note wifi is not stable and kitchen needs some essentials added.

The whole family was warm and welcoming. They even lent us some butter when we forgot to buy it!
The apartment is nestled behind an old stone building up a winding road past a Medieval church, but with all modern amenities. The moment was sipping coffee on the porch as the clouds cleared, revealing a stunning view of the Dolomite mountains towering above Lake Como. The landscape is breathtaking, and the apartment has everything you need!

We've spent a lovely weekend here! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lovely views over the lake from the balcony, friendly, helpful owner and almost everything you might need. I say almost, because personally I was missing a kettle. But it's no problem for coffee enthusiasts as there is a coffee machine there!
The apartment is situated on a side of the hill so the views are stunning day or night. It makes a bit of a walk to the shores of the lake but once you're there, there is a nice pebbly beach with a bar directly on the bottom of the hill.
