We enjoyed cozy apartment. Everything was perfect for us - from clear communication, super clean apartment and qualified room appliances. Perfect for summer holidays, because apartment is not sunny, so very refreshing in hot days - probably no need conditioning. Nice green lawn garden downstairs outside, with natural river sounds. Would definitely come back!
Just one thing - not that we didn’t like it, it just was strange and new thing to experience:) : Quite strict, customs like, check-in policy before arrival. Don’t know if this is Como thing or just Company’s.

Die Lage am Bach und der Seeblick ist wunderschön. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gepflegt.
Parkplatz hat man nur auf gut Glück gefunden ansonsten gibt es Parkplätze etwas weiter weg und man muss den Berg hochlaufen.

Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für erholsame Tage braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der traumhafte Blick auf den Comer See – einfach unvergesslich! Auch die Lage ist großartig: man lebt nicht abgeschottet, sondern mitten im Ort, nah bei den Einheimischen, was eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre schafft.

Fijn appartement bovenin Acquaseria aan de Seria, het was er schoon en comfortabel. Het meer is op loopafstand met wel een steile klim terug.
Parkeren in Acquaseria kan in de drukke zomermaanden een uitdaging zijn, maar dat is rond het hele Comomeer zo.
