Great location, lovely stay!

The apartment is very well located - just next to the Como lake. Lovely terrace, great for breakfast with view on the lake. The apartment is well equipped and we got lovely welcome packs at the arrival. The owners are friendly and helpful. The Como lake is beautiful and totally worth to visit!

Although it was clear during the booking, the folded bad is no the best option for the holiday.

Na ja,einiges ist Verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage war gut, Küche auch gut,Matratze auch gut.

Nachttischchen wären gut,man müsste dann nicht ein Stuhl neben das Bett stellen,die Sitzkissen auf dem Balkon sind kaputter Schrott ,der in der Ausführung aufgeführte Backofen war nicht vorhanden, Es gab gefühlte 1000 Fernsehprogramme ,kein einziges Programm in Deutsch das war sehr ärgerlich, wenn wir das gewußt hätten ,hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht! Bei Ankunft war es sehr schwierig das Kästchen mit dem Schlüssel zu finden,viele waren auf der Suche,es war ärgerlich(zum Glück bekam man mit WhatsApp immer schnell eine Antwort) ,ein Besen und eine Kehrschaufel in der Wohnung, wäre sehr sinnvoll ,damit könnte man zb Brotkrummen auf dem Boden entfernen und damit verhindern,daß Ameisen das Regiment in der Wohnung übernehmen,ebenso wäre ein Putzlappen sinnvoll und eine Müll Tüte , die nicht an eine Vesper Tüte erinnern,ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad wäre von Vorteil,damit man bestimmte Hygieneartikel nicht in die Toilette schmeißen muß und diese vielleicht verstopft und ,daß man nur warmes Wasser hat, wenn mann nach längerem Suchen , den Wasserbereiter auf dem Balkon findet und diesen erst in Betrieb setzten muß und wenn dann noch die Glaswand an der Badewanne so dicht wäre,daß man beim Duschen nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzen würde und damit hoher Sturzgefahr ausgesetzt ist,wäre so ziemlich alles ok!! Übrigens Alex ist so was von unnötig,dafür könnte man einen Toaster anschaffen. Aber wir hatten schönes Wetter und das ist ja auch nicht schlecht.

Toller entspannter Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus in einem süßen Apartment mit fantastischer Aussicht

Moderne, praktische Einrichtung (zB Induktionsherd), viel Stauraum, wunderschöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den See und vor allem ist es unglaublich ruhig und von den Temperaturen her geht es auch noch ohne Klimaanlage nachts - obwohl die Klimaanlage sehr schön kühlt :) Süßes Welcome Package, u.a. mit Sekt, Kaffee Kapseln (es gibt drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen) und Olivenöl. Unkomplizierter kontaktloser Check-in. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen, angenehmen Wohnanlage, man kann hier auch Fahrräder sicher absperren vor der Haustür. Einen freien Parkplatz findet man eigentlich auch immer, mit ein bisschen Suche und Rangieren, in der Nähe - zB unten am Seestrand. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, auch 2 Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Obstladen und eine Eisdiele und Bar sind in direkter Nähe - generell ein sehr süßer Ort abseits des Massentourismus, von dem man auch tolle Wanderungen starten kann. das beste war aber dass der Gastgeber Marco immer so schnell und gut erreichbar war und für alle Anliegen und Fragen ein offenes Ohr hatte :)

Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung könnten noch optimiert/ergänzt werden, z.B. ein Sonnenschirm oder mehr große Tassen - Marco hat das Feedback aber dankbar aufgenommen und wird sich bald darum kümmern :)

Nette Unterkunft mit Nähe zum Strand

Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unkompliziertes Parken. Einfaches Einchecken und Auschecken. Kleiner Supermarket in der Nähe.

Der Blick zum See ist leider durch das Nachbar-Haus stark beeinträchtigt. Ist zwar auf dem Foto in der Beschreibung zu erahnen, das ganze Ausmaß bekommt man aber erst vor Ort. Lüftungsanlage nicht optimal: Als der Nachbar gekocht hat, bekommt man den ganzen Geruch fast die ganze Nacht in Appartment.
