La magnifique vue sur le lac, la tranquilité, la literie.
L'escalier en colimaçon est particulièrement raide L'accessibilité pas facile via un long escalier pour atteindre le logement. L'extérieur de l'entrée qui est un peu cahotique avec le désordre de la maison d'en face qui traîne au dehors

Ļoti skaists skats pa logu, lieliska lokācija, komunikācija ar īpašnieku bija laicīga un adekvāta, bet rakstīja tikai Itāļu valodā. Mājai nav kaimiņu. Ir veļasmašīna. Duša plaša un labā stāvoklī.
Blakus naktsmītnei ir rūpnīca, kura darbojās agri no rīta, troksnis. Naktsmītnē nepabeigti remontdarbi, caurules vai vadi no sienas izviklti. Griesti uz otro un trešo stāvu ir viena dēļa biezumā, pārvietošanās rada dēļu čīkstēšanu/ krakšķēšanu. Nav apgaismotas kāpnes uz otro un trešo stāvu. Dažās rozetēs nav elektrības, gāzes plītij nepieciešamas šķiltavas bija tukšas.

Las vistas, aunque la distribución del apartamento no es muy cómoda.
La limpieza. El interior de los armarios y las estanterías están llenos de trastos y de polvo. El suelo lleno de pelos y polvo. Dedicamos 2 o 3 horas a limpiar. También los armarios y útiles de cocina necesitaban un repaso de limpieza. El exterior está descuidado y lleno de trastos.
