We liked being away from the hustle & bustle of noisy towns. The apartment was very clean & comfortable for 2 people.

It was a compact apartment, the photos on line made it look bigger than it was. We would have liked a bigger balcony. The electric points with 2 adapters in were a little awkward.

Comfortable apartment

Fabulous location overlooking the lake. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and great to be able to borrow beach furniture - lovely beach to swim from on the lakeside. Within easy reach of many gorgeous towns and villages.

The apartment had no aircon, which would have made a big difference especially overnight

A little gem off the Lake Como

I think the property exceeded our expectations. The view, the location, the amenities was just well thought of. If you are a couple or a small family of 3 (like us), you literally just turn up and everything is there for you. Towels, hair dryer, games, Netflix, ironing board. You name it, they had it. They have thought of everything for you so it makes your holiday experience very easy and comfortable. The hosts Anna and Adrian and the manager Pu were so receptive to our needs. There was a point where one of the neighbours was smoking on their balcony and the smoke bellowed into our apartment. Innocent mistake from the neighbours I'm sure but the managers came down in under 5 minutes and reminded them that the property was a non-smoking one. Trouble over. The experience makes it worth while. Highly recommended.

Nothing to write here. I just wish they catered to pets so we could book the same place for the next two years even, with our boy Brutus. But I suppose the rules are the rules. So no complaints.

Sensational view with great value-for-money

We traveled to lake come for the first time and stayed in this apartment. We really enjoyed it and everything was just like the pictures. What we especially enjoyed… -the hosts were very friendly and even though we arrived late in the evening the provided instructions clearly explained how to receive the keys -the view is phenomenal and having breakfast on the balcony in the morning is a great way to start the day -the apartment is very clean and organized and is very well equipped with everything you need (even has a washing machine) -parking is possible for free directly infront of the building (we were there in april, therefore don’t know busy it gets in summer) -great location (superb Pizza and Pasta just around the corner at “Da Luigis”; Menaggio very close by car)

There is nothing to really complain about. Maybe one minor aspect is that the walls are not the thickest and you can therefore sometimes hear the neighbors. But this was really not an issue and I think is the case with all apartment in the region. Also maybe the shower-head could use an upgrade;)

Exceptional

Anna was so welcoming upon my arrival to the property, I went during off peak season but she made me feel very welcome and was so helpful with finding my way around the area. The location is a bit difficult to get to if you don't drive / use public transport but I can imagine it's easier with a car. The apartment was exactly as described and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! pictures simply don't do it justice. I would definitely visit again in the summer so I can enjoy the beach! Would highly recommend!

The stay and the host were wonderful. Such a peaceful and amazing time. The beach is just 2min of walk and the view from the balcony is exceptional.

A bit far from the train station so it's better to take the car. If by foot though, there is bus stop just 1 min of walk from the building.

The best place for recharging

The location is amazing, the view is just as described in the picture. At night the village is very quiet and the roller blinds keep out the sun from the east in the morning perfectly, providing a wonderful sleep. The internet connection is very fast and stable too. Furthermore, despite being in a very small village, the bus actually goes quite frequently.

Great location, you have a parking, couple of minutes walk to the Bar Carlo which I recommend and two good restaurants. You have a beach very close to the apartment and amazing view from the balcony. All useful stuff in place (you can do laundry, ironing etc.), friendly host. I don't know if they wrote this in offer, but apart from TV with Netflix you have some board games, so even if it's raining and you didn't bring much to the lake, you won't be bored. WiFi is great quality, a lot of adapters EU-IT in place. I do recommend this place very much.

Our first impression was a bit disappointing, since bathroom smelled like detergents a lot. However the next day after opening the windows everything was fine. Also, a bit too hot in June, 2 fans were sometimes not enough.

Perfection in paradise

Location, location, location. And this apartment definitely has an excellent location! Could it be even better? Sure. Closer to the lake with unblocked views however why would you need that when you already can have a gorgeous view over Lake Como from just sitting on the sofa in the apartment. Every morning waking up to views of the Lake and the mountains guarantees to make your day! The apartment itself has everything you need and more and completely self-sufficient. Walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as the lake itself makes it perfect. The owners are also extremely nice as well as the caretaker (all Dutch). They were the cherry on the pie!

There's always room for improvement, no matter how perfect something is. But in this case they would be small things, nuisances. Nothing worth mentioning here. Just book this location if you want to go to Lake Como!

Fantastisk utsikt över Comosjön! Bekväma sängar. Fräscha och moderna möbler. Litet kök med allt man behöver för att laga enkla måltider. Dock utan köksfläkt. Parkering framför huset eller garage för liten bil. Nära till busshållplatsen och en lite strand precis nedanför lägenheten. I orten Aquaseria finns små butiker för små inköp och tre restauranger. Enda minus är att det är väldigt lyhört. Man hör grannar prata och gå på toaletten. Det störde inte oss. Var tyst efter kl 22.

Appartement 18. L'emplacement, la propreté, la vue sur le lac le jour mais aussi la nuit avec tous les villages éclairés. La place de parking, l'agence pour remise des clés à 150 mètres, 2 restos et 2 bars à 2 minutes à pied, embarquement ferry 10 mn en voiture. Communication avec les propriétaires, un petit problème à notre arrivée réglé immédiatement, merci à eux. Très bon lieu pour visiter ce magnifique lac et ses environs.

1 lit juste devant la porte d'entrée, en fait ce n'est pas vraiment une chambre.
