Great apartment on lake Como

A very nice location on the 2nd floor with a beautiful lake view and a parking garage on -1 with designated parking spot The contact with the owners was very nice and informative, so we knew exactly were to drive and visit the nice things around. The apartment was fully equiped and with a comfortable bed. It was on the warm side and could use an airco, but luckily it has a ceiling fan that was silent and kept us cool enough to be comfortable.

Nice and safe parking. Great view from balcony and roof terrace. Great upper bedroom. Very close to shops, beach and creme caramel :)

Unfortunately only one key for up to 4 people. Appartment can be opened from outside if not locked from inside. So plans had to be rearranged to fit this awkward situation. No oven. No dishwasher. Locker box is very hard to find. Took 2 people several minutes and a talk with the neighbor. Could be cleaner for this price (dishes and floor, spiderwebs). Appartment is within a huge building complex compared to the village size. It seems only for tourists. In the upper bedroom is a water boiler. Every time someone from this or the neighboring apartments needs warm water it turns on noisely. In general you could hear the neighbors. No WiFi coverage on the roof terrace. And poor coverage in the upper bedroom.

nice comfortable base to explore the towns in Lake Como

the accommodation was very well-equipped and comfortable for our 4-night stay. Jan was a good and communicative host. he helped us sort out a problem promptly and effectively when I had a problem with the washing machine. the beach infront of the apartment is very quiet and beautiful.

we didn't like the driveway to get to and out of the carpark. it is narrow, inclined and can accommodate only one car (going up or down). the apartment I got was not full lake view as it was blocked partially by the block infront. but this is my mistake as I didn't check carefully the photos. and we prefered if there were more restaurants other than the two nearby. one was fully reserved cos we arrived on Friday.

All in all , we were pleased with our stay. Highly recommendable property.

Room is spacious enough for 2 people. The view is amazing! And the balcony with comfortable chairs., I liked it too as there were more pillows in the cupboard! Small groceries and restos are just a few steps away from the property.

It was quite difficult to find the place as the road to the apartment is not so noticeable and GPS is not so reliable either. Apartment is neat but not so clean, there were still few oily finger prints on the microwave. Dishwasher was stinky,even its door was shut.

there was everything that you needed. even two chairs for the Beach. the appartment was clean and comfy. there was a bottle of water and a bottle of Wine from the owners. i Can recommend this appartement

Great stay for the very convenient price

The apartment is situated in a modern building with perfect infrastructure. The garage is connected with an elevator so you no need to lift your luggage up to the stairs. The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances as well as bed and bed linen are correspond to the 5* hotels. Just down the corner is the perfect wine shop which I highly recommend. Rossato Mosso and Bianco Mosso were perfecto! the lake is within 2 minutes walking distance. Also, two restaurants with genuine Italian cuisine is very-very close. Due to weather conditions, we haven't fully enjoyed the lake view but the sun rise is amazing and can be seen just through the window! All in all the price\value rate is very high!

Beautiful loft with amazing view on mountains and lake. the view from the second floor is spectacular ! Apartment is fully equipped ( everything for cooking , washing machine and dishwasher). Very cleaned and well organise. very responsive owner. We were surprised to find bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge as Welcome. Easy check in and check out! yes

We spent a lovely time in this apartment

It is a beautiful apartment and everything is present. Good equipped kitchen, nice prosecco in the fridge and even a washing machine available. The view is beautiful from the top floor. It is a very modern apartment in an apartment building. Also there is a garage underneath where you can park the car. The beach is right next door.

The stair in the apartment makes a lot of noise if you have to use it in the middle of the night. The keys are in a key box so you don't meet the owners but they were available via WhatsApp.

Dejligt ophold.

Dejligt med 1. sal udsigt. Det var muligt at sønnen sov i stuen på stor dobbelt sovesofa. Dejligt med to toiletter. Dejligt køkken. I nærområdet er der en meget lille købmand. Et par spisesteder med lokale.

Lidt svært at finde nøgleboksen. Svært at finde adressen.

Het geld niet waard; zoek iets anders.

Mooi uitzicht, als je een kamer met balkon hebt, anders kijk je tegen een muur. Het is fijn dat er een overdekte parkeerplaats aanwezig is. Het dorpje is rustig met vlakbij een strandje en twee restaurants. Voor boodschappen zul je iets verder door moeten rijden.

Het ontvangst. Zoals veel dorpjes in Italië zijn de straten smal en is het zoeken naar de juiste plek. Omdat het lastig vinden was had ik hierover gebeld. Nu heb ik deze vakantie veel mensen ontmoet, maar een persoon met een dusdanig afgrijselijke persoonlijkheid ben ik verder niet tegengekomen. Tijdens het telefoongesprek werd ik begroet met de opmerking dat ik de instructies in 'de brief' beter had moeten lezen, die twee maanden van tevoren gestuurd waren. Uiteindelijk zijn we toch ontvangen. Terwijl meneer, wat een prima kerel leek, ons vriendelijk uitlegde wat de code van het sleutelkluisje was kon mevrouw het wederom niet laten om nog tweemaal op passief-agressieve wijze te laten weten dat al deze informatie in 'de brief' stond. Enig verweer hierop, bijvoorbeeld dat na een autorit van meerdere uren begrijpend lezen lastig is, werd snel van de hand gewezen met de opmerking dat we maar eerder hadden moeten kijken. Als het duidelijk was geweest, hadden we niet gebeld. Die had er duidelijk geen zin in. Het kwam ons over als een pensionado die voor weinig moeite een laatste bonus probeert te scoren. Dit gaf een behoorlijk zure nasmaak voor de rest van de dag. Zelden zo on-gastvrij ontvagen. Dan de kamer. Die is krap en heet. Naar boven heb je een smalle wenteltrap waar de koffer amper door omhoog kan. Tevens is deze trap extreem gammel en krijg je het gevoel dat deze ieder moment uit z'n voegen schiet. De kamer boven zit onder een schuin dak en heeft geen airco waardoor het door de hitte niet te harden is. De ventilator aan het plafond biedt voldoende verkoeling maar ook die ziet eruit alsof die ieder moment uit z'n voegen dondert. Lekker douchen zit er ook niet in. De badkamer is namelijk behoorlijk verouderd. Wegens het gebrek aan waterdruk komt er een dusdanig zeikstraaltje uit de douchekop dat je er je hond nog niet onder wilt wassen. De stoelen op het balkon staan er overduidelijk al een tijdje.

Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über den See die Lage perfekt für Tagesausflüge ,das Schlafsofa war sehr bequem der Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad zu wenig Platz im Kleiderschrank (Wohnzimmer)das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank könnte größer sein bzw der Kühlschrank könnte größer sein, wenn man mit 4 Personen da ist.

Como appartement.

Locatie is nabij het meer en er is een klein strandje. Er was een ruime overdekte parkeerplaats voor de auto. Vooraf gaven de beheerders uitgebreid uitleg over de route en hoe je de sleuteloverdracht werkte. Keuken in appartement is uitgebreid. Er is zelfs een vaatwasser. De bedden zijn prima

Door de hoge buitentemperatuur was het binnen ook erg warm en deze bleef. De plafondventilator was niet effectief. De bedden zijn prima maar door de opstelling en het ontbreken van nachtkastje of iets dergelijks werd erg gemist. ('s nachts breek je je nek over het bedlampje). Badkamer was onpraktisch en niet schoon (schimmel). We zijn eerder vertrokken wat deels aan de warmte in het appartement lag. Een andere inrichting en airco zou veel verbeteren. De locatie is prima.
