I liked everything. Probably not suitable for families with small children, as the apartment is duplex, and the stairs are very steep and narrow, which is a bit inconvenient. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and the living room and kitchen are upstairs.

great apartment! clean, modern, welcoming

It has great view over the lake from the terrace. The furniture in the apartment is very new and comfortable. it is very spacious. netflix is available on tv. very close to the “beach” and also to the nice pizzeria “Luigi”. can recommend. parking is included in a garage. elevator is available

everything was good and nothing really disturbed our stay in this apartment. toilet seat is annoying and maybe some more kitchen utensils like a toaster would be great. we went off season and we could really feel it. it has nothing to do with this apartment but to go to the Como area after September is not really recommended as there are still a lot of people but everything is closed.

Perfecto alojamiento para vacaciones en familia

Maravilloso apartamento prácticamente a orillas del lago para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. En nuestro caso éramos 5 personas y las dimensiones de la casa eran comodísimas para estar todos juntos unos días. El balcón con una mesita que tienen es fantástico

Por decir algo es una pena que sólo tenga una ducha para todos, puede ser algo a tener en cuenta si alguien necesita más, pero es algo que ya sabíamos antes de ir, por lo tanto no fue nada importante

Le logement et spacieux et tout équipé . Situé à deux pas du lac ce logement est idéal avec un patio de plus Arrêt de bus au pied on peut y poser la voiture et ne plus la reprendre en utilisant les bateaux pour visiter les petits villages au bord du lac

Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht grandios. Wir waren für 4 Tage Ende Oktober in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung, die auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt ist. Im unteren Stockwerk sind 2 Schlafzimmer (eher nüchtern eingerichtet) und Bad, im Oberen Küche und Wohn- und Essbereich (sehr gemütlich), sowie die Mini-Terrasse. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung sehr kalt, dank Pellet-Schwedenofen im oberen Bereich wurde es aber gleich warm. Wenn man mal kapiert hat, wie die Heizungen funktionieren, werden diese auch schnell warm. Im Sommer wird die Dachwohnung bestimmt sehr warm. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, fehlen tut allerdings definitiv ein Gefrierfach. Bad ist modern und war sehr sauber, wie die gesamte Wohnung (außer der Spülen-Abfluss in der Küche). Die Sitzecke auf der kleinen Terrasse war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz!!!! Zum Strand waren es keine 2 Minuten, einfach nur die Straße runter und rechts halten. Brot haben wir im Tante-Emma-Laden gekauft, für den größeren Einkauf waren wir in Dongo im Iperial (empfehlenswert). Auf dem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu parken war für uns jetzt OK, da nur ein anderer Platz besetzt war. Dort rangieren zu müssen, wenn voll ist, hätte vermutlich mit unserem Auto nicht funktioniert. FAZIT: Wir kommen wieder!

Einen Stern Abzug gab es weil: - Es kein Gefrierfach gab, ein größerer Kühlschrank wäre gut (Platz wäre vielleicht im unteren Stockwerk) - Die Treppe ist heftig, für kleine Kinder definitiv nicht geeignet (man überlegt sich immer 2x ob man gehen muss) - Das untere Stockwerk ist sehr nüchtern eingerichtet - Die Toiletten-Spülung unten ist sehr laut, sollte man nachts nicht bedienen - Das WLAN unten und oben hat zwei unterschiedliche SSIDs aber das gleiche Passwort, sollte man beachten.
