It’s a perfect location to go to Rome city or to the beach. The apartment is spacious and clean. It has a small garden as well.

L'appartement est bien situé, facilement accessible. Nous avons séjourné en famille, c'est très bien pour 4 personnes. L'appartement est très confortable, très propre. Le quartier est calme, proche de la place du village où on trouve toutes les commodités. Le metromare et les lignes de bus sont très bien pour rejoindre Rome.
Lucrezia a été très accueillante, la communication est très simple et fluide.
Notre séjour a été parfait, c'était très chouette de retourner à Ostie 20 ans après y avoir un peu vécu.

The communication was excellent! Lucrezia answered questions promptly and thoroughly. The directions to reach the property, and instructions on how to enter were refreshingly clear. The washing machine was extremely handy to have onsite. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a nice bonus.
Lucrezia also gave great recommendations for places to eat and for an early taxi to the airport (shout out to Marco for being super punctual!). The location is perfect - easily walkable to sights, stores and eateries. I highly recommend this apartment!

Very close to Archeological Park, restaurants, supermarket.
We selected the apartment for, other than location, the air conditioner. (Europe in the throes of the heatwave.)I…t didn’t work. Lucrezia tried to resolve the problem, and supplied a fan. The cleanliness check be for re-letting was inadequate.
