Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Nonostante avessimo tardato il check-out per un imprevisto, ci ha aspettate con pazienza senza rimproverarci nulla (nonostante avesse un ospite a seguire). Gliene siamo molto grati. Abbiamo prenotato alle 22:40 di sera perché avevamo perso un volo e nonostante ciò ci ha fatto trovare la casa in ordine e provvista di ogni dettaglio (colazione abbondante, cappuccino, caffè e tutti gli utensili utili per cucinare). La casa è inoltre molto bella, tenuta bene e curata nel piccolo dettaglio, fornita di una veranda molto carina arredata per fare colazione o mangiare all'aperto. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova all'interno di un condominio con canecello molto tranquillo e sicuro. Lo consiglio vivamente! Un sentito Grazie al proprietario !

Прекрасный и отзывчивый хозяин. У нас было ночное заселение(2 часа ночи). Мы были с детьми и попросили нас встретить в аэропорту ,на что получили согласие. Несмотря на то,что рейс задерживался, нас встретили. Номер очень чистый с новым ремонтом. Есть все удобства. Завтрак небольшой,но мы на многое и не рассчитывали. Расположение отличное! 5 минут до ЖД станции,чтобы уехать в Рим!
