gli appartamenti sono praticamente nuovi, pulitissimi e accoglienti. il servizio navetta offerto dalla struttura molto comodo, al top.

The appartement was very clean, it had basic utilities such as bottles of water, coffee capsules and some little snacks for breakfast. The checkin was very easy and fast, considering we booked on last minute.
The location is very remote, not a single soul on the street or in the neighboring houses. It looks close to the airport but it cost us 35 euros by taxi and a 30 minute ride to get there. The free breakfast is just some crackers and jelly in a box. The internet connexion was very slow, sometimes not even working properly. In sum, there is room for improvement.

its very close to the airport, 30 mins on public transaport and you are there. Very comfortable if you have an early flight. Its very convenient for those who have a car- you can park there. They have 3 friendly cats!
They have a transportation service to pick you up from the airport, and the host was 40 mins late after I arrived.. However they said that if it would be ME who is late the price would be higher. Interestingly they didnt apply it for them being late :D
if you dont have a car the transport to Rome is rather complicated.

Private and quiet.
Very small apartment and far from everything. Had to pay 50E to get to this apartment with a taxi (from Rome) and then another E35 (to the owner) for shuttle to airport.
If you do stay in Rome I would recommend to stay in Rome the night before you fly out from da Vinci Airport.
The taxis are now well regulated (and all taxis must have meters visible) asking a standard (and fixed fee) of E50 to get you to the airport.
