- smooth communication with the host - coffee capsule and tea preparation positive - great location (you can take tram 2 from the airport to the city center, the accommodation is a few minutes walk from the stop) - breakfast places, restaurants, beach 5 minutes walk, train station 10 minutes walk around the apartment - small apartment, but it's great that there are two separate bedrooms - great also with 1-2 older children, no one has to sleep in the living room - comfortable bed and bedding in the larger bedroom - equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom - maybe it's just a coincidence, but the apartment was very quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors

- the apartment was a bit run down up close: dirty carpet, ugly coffee tables, collapsed cabinets, no towel rack in the bathroom (torn off?) - no blackout blinds in the bedroom - uncomfortable mattress and bedding in the small bedroom - a bigger pot for cooking pasta would be nice - dirty hallway in front of the apartment - the price is a bit high due to the shortcomings, although this is compensated by the fact that it is also a good place to stay with one or two teenagers
