Location was perfect, entrance details were complicated but clear and the communication with the owner was good.
We had a few issues which we reported. We got an apology which was appreciated but worth noting before booking. It didn’t affect our stay but worth being aware:/
* Smelt of smoke
* open food left in fridge
* Sink not cleaned & Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes
* Coffee beans were 5yrs out of date
* Blinds - quite a few don’t work (one is down permanently)

Location was brilliant, beds and 2 bathrooms great. Very clean. Fab city views, concierge was helpful, host let us extend parking. Would use again
I found late disclosure of check in details and five security codes very stressful, took a few phone calls.
No aircon, electronic blinds were not always picking up signals so used sporadically. Some minor maintenance and equipment comments left at apartment

Location is in between The Mail Box (with Harvey Nichols) and Grand Central Station - less than a 5 minute walk to each.
Turtle Bay, Brew Dog Bar, Tokyo Kitchen all at the bottom of the building.
The lift was out of order for about an hour and we were in the penthouse :D
But it was quickly fixed!

Location.
Quality of interior.
Main bed mattress felt slightly spongy. Maybe that’s just me though! Some people may prefer that :)
Second bed was firmer.
