Parking in own driveway is very convenient. Space is big enough for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen. It is also very convenient to have two bathrooms on different floors. The route 47 bus terminal is only 800 meters away and it goes directly to the Cite which is the heart of Paris. Also, a street EV charger is located a block away and very convenient if you’re driving an EV.
I came in September this year and it was exceptionally hot and there were mosquitoes. But the owner was very kind as he brought us an electric fly swatter immediately after we mentioned the problem.

la casa è molto carina, perfetta e comoda per 6 persone. la cucina grande e ben fornita. il parcheggio nel cortile è utile per chi ha una autovettura. la pulizia era accettabile. il wifi veloce e le indicazioni per ritirare le chiavi semplici ed efficaci.
non parlerei di cose che non mi sono piaciute, ma di un piccolo dettaglio da sistemare. il cancello, con il suo sistema di piegatura, non è proprio comodissimo da aprire per mettere la macchina dentro se si è da soli e nella parte finale struscia sul cemento. nel complesso comunque nulla di insormontabile.

Tout. Quartier très calme, stationnement sécurisé et facile.maison complètement équipée.espace extérieur parfait.
Rien. Éventuellement pour chercher : 2 chaises supplémentaires en extérieur étant donné la capacité de la maison. Mais sans sujet pour nous
