Dirty walls, unpleasant smell in the room, holes in bed sheets, very old furnature, dirty hallways - accomodation definitely not worth the money that they ask per night. Unfriendly, ignorant host - was clearly under the influence of alcohol when I arrived.

Nice and quiet area, not centric but at walking distance from the center.

Simple apartment but convenient for a short stay. Located in a very nice and quiet area in the outskirts of Brixen (there were crop fields across the street) but at walking distance from downtown (15 min.). Shops and caffés around. Nice views from the balcony. Free parking available in the property.

The bathroom is kind of old and the shower case could be cleaner. The kitchen is a bit outdated and the cooking utensils (saucepans, etc.) do definitely need a renovation. The whole apartment could be made a bit more cozy (some more decoration, better placed lights, etc.)
