Great room with air conditioning which was great as it was 30+ everyday Excellent bathroom and facilities. 10mins walk to the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay at this small guesthouse in Parede, with only eight rooms. One of the things I liked most was the shared kitchen. It is very clean, well equipped, and has everything you need to prepare your own breakfast or a light dinner. It was very convenient and comfortable to use. The swimming pool was another great advantage — clean, pleasant, and perfect for cooling off after a hot day exploring Lisbon or Cascais. The hosts were also wonderful: friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed any advice or assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

The only things I found inconvenient were the noise from the doors and the lack of clear rules in the shared kitchen. The doors are quite loud when closing, partly because of the gaps around them and the lack of sound-dampening seals. As the bathrooms and showers are shared and located outside the rooms, guests frequently pass through these doors, which can be disturbing, especially in the morning or late evening. Simple rubber or acoustic sealing strips around the doors could improve this considerably. It would also be helpful to have clear kitchen rules in several languages, explaining which storage shelves and refrigerator spaces belong to each room and reminding guests to wash and put away their dishes. During my stay, some dirty dishes were occasionally left in the sink.

It was very clean.

The lighting in the room was too white. A yellow lighting would more comfortable for the eyes.

Letto troppo piccolo !!! televisione sul tavolo non va bene, se arrivi tardi nessun servizio di ristoro (acqua etc…) , Stanza piccola…. un unico asciugacapelli x tutta la struttura, acqua calda che esce a fatica etc…
