Las instalaciones, los servicios básicos, todo fue confortable aparte de ello el alojamiento fue accesible para movilizarnos en la ciudad.

The included breakfast was nice ! Cookies and cinnamon rolls in a sufficient quantity, which was enjoyable. Another positive point was the host, who was nice and quick to answer. Moreover, for this budget, you are relatively well located, near the bus and tram station, you can be quickly in New York. The host upgraded us when we arrived, so I got a private bathroom instead of a shared one.
It is definitely worth its price if you look for a way to save money on your housing for a short NYC trip !
The door couldn't be locked even with the key for the room located downstairs, giving a direct unprotected access from the street, which felt unsafe ! Don't leave valuable stuff in there ! The door could be locked from inside though, so you are safe while being there.
When arriving, I had no information about checking in, which felt wrong, so I called the host and he gave me instructions.
The room was not really clean, with dust and trashy items under most of the furniture. (Chairs, tables, bed)
Moreover, the room felt cold to my partner and I (it is not properly insulated), and we haven't been able to turn up the heat to fix that.
