The place is very comfortable and the owner is helpful. It's also close to the city center, only a 20-minute bus ride from New York City (bus 119), which picks you up right in front of the building. Alternatively, you can take the elevator down the street to the new port, from where you can catch a train just ten minutes away.
هدوء المكان وقربه من الحديقة والميناء الجديد ووسط مدينة نيورك وتعاون مالك المكان الى جانب قربه من السوبر ماركت الكبيرة ولكن لاينصح به لكبار السن نظرا لان المكان طابقين ويوجد سلم وليس بها مصعد كهربائي

Good location, 20 minutes by bus from Times Square, bus stop just in front of the property. Close to grocery shop and train.
Bathrooms and kitchen could be much cleaner.
