Urban Oasis by the Park - 15 Mins to NYC

Staff was very nice, and they helped me out with everything I needed. Very good location to catch easily bus going to NY.

De locatie was goed. Dicht bij een park en dicht bij NYC. Het appartement was op zich ruim en gezellig. Er was een goede keukenuitrusting. Leuk uitzicht. De pijs was ook goed.

Het was niet schoon: vlekken op de deken, niet gezogen, prullebak niet geleegd. Er stonden nog verhuisdozen in de zitkamer. De stofzuiger werkte niet. De communcatie met de host was vriendelijk, maar niet optimaall. We kregen geen antwoord op onze berichtjes, pas toen we opbelden kregen we de instructies voor het zelfstandig inchecken. De sleutel lag niet op de plek die gemeld was. Blikopener miste. Voor de prijs, was het OK. Als die punten verbeterd zouden worden, zou het een perfecte locatie zijn.

This accommodation is very well located. By bus, you can get to NYC (near Times Square) in about 15 minutes, and by train, it takes around 20 minutes to reach the World Trade Center. This makes it very easy and convenient to get anywhere in NYC. The area itself is also very beautiful, and throughout the neighborhood you can see the entire New York skyline, which is always breathtaking. The room is also very good. It is quite basic, which I personally really liked because it was clean and had everything you need. The same can be said about the bathroom, which was always very clean and, in my case, never occupied. There is also a shared kitchen and refrigerator available for everyone, which I found very convenient. The host was also extremely kind. I checked in later than originally planned, and this was absolutely no problem. I was provided with a self check-in, which was very easy. The same applied to check-out — the host did not mind that I stayed a bit longer and even offered me a later check-out, which I found very thoughtful and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to [nearby attractions, public transport, etc. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.
