Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad de la conexión de líneas de autobús con NYC y la tranquilidad del barrio.
Nos faltó un secador de pelo pero al momento vinieron a traerlo, muy serviciales y atentos.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall it was fine considering its price. It was in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to NJ transit (buses) and around 20 minutes away from times square by bus.
It has all the amenities that is mentioned on the website, but just the towels, sheet and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
At last, they also had some extra snacks for the guest like chocolate and gummy bears, which was really nice.
I strongly believe the host could have been more polite. When we got there for the first time, we got the keys from the mailbox and were trying to get in but no matter how much we tried, it didn't worked. Once we called him to get some instructions, he was quite rude and kept asking us wether we read the instructions( which we already followed it step by step), he started asking us do you know even what clockwise is and it turned out he changed our apartment last minute and that was not the key for that apartment. And yeah that was another surprise, we got a different apartment from the one we signed up for and it was 3 blocks away from the original apartment.

It was easily accessible from NYC by bus.
The place - especially the shared spaces (kitchen, entrance hall and bathroom with a shower) - were rather untidy and unattended to with food and kitchenware scattered all around the place. There was a lot of dust on the ground.
