The rooms were very nice. I didn't pay for a room with the view but our room on the 10th floor had a decent view of the city. The location right next to the ferry is a very big plus. The place was very clean and staff was excellent. Being able to park on site and leave my car there for my whole trip was excellent.
No real breakfast options.

Location is superb, exactly at the ferry.
The hotel looks like an old high quality hotel that is running out of form, but still absolutely OK. Very kind staff at the restaurang/bar.
The staff at the reception was incompetent and/or did not care at all. It was required to book the pool in advance - it was logical as it was relatively small. Despite of booking, they eventually let in 10 people without booking, who did not leave the pool, and the receptionist seemed not to understand the problem at all and claimed that he had nothing to do with that, and no information on what is going on in the pool, that sound strange and unsafe. On the other morning the water automat was disconnected at the gym and no disinfectant was available.
