Location was perfect for business at the Javits Center and the staff was wonderful.
Rooms were a little dark and dated but overall spacious and comfortable, especially compared to what I would've gotten in NY for the same price.

This hotel works very well for me as my family live in Hoboken and do not have room for me to stay, the location is very good for seeing them and getting into Manhattan. However I think that it could do with a complete refurbishment as it is very dated and feels very gloomy in the bedrooms and the reception areas.

The hotel was ok
..staff not that good ...not friendly at all and didn't seem approachable. Bedding and towels got changed once in 5 days .. which isn't good enough
... But on the flip side it was in a nice area .. public transport very convenient
. Everyone in New York gives you the impression that they don't like their job one bit
Wasn't the worst I've stayed in but certainly not the best ...
$$$$
