Room was clean, staff was helpful in that they held our bags for us between check out and the time we left for airport but overall were not helpful. The Italian restaurant employers were by far the most helpful of any employee

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was absolutely Amazing. We are from Florida and going to the city so we needed a lot of help with directions and every single staff member was so very helpful. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable.
