The location close to the Gare Thiers Train Station and Tram stop was very convenient. Supermarket Monoprix was also close by and a lovely little boulangerie/ bakery only 2 mins down the road on the corner. It was great having air conditioning given the 30° daily temperatures. Our host was also very helpful getting bathroom toiletries when we pointed out that these were advertised as being included. Overall we had a great time in Nice and would thoroughly recommend visiting it if you haven't already done so. Great bars and restaurants for food, though pints are around e9 towards.

Initially we felt the distance to the beach and old town were further than advertised however upon discovering the local tram stop close by we found it was easy to get to these areas in 5 mins.

.I liked the apartment's location—very close to the train station and shops. The air conditioning was working.

There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, the toilet paper wasn't enough for two people for five days, the shower cubicle was very small, and the dish sponge had already been used. We had to buy our own toiletries, even though the rental listing stated they were provided for free.
