MY CASA - ROSSINI - Central and cosy with AC

The apartment was situated in a good location, only 10 mins walk to shops, train station and beach. It was a good size space for 3 people with a balcony with table/chairs which was essential for eating at as there wasn't space inside. The bathroom and shower were also good.

The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the MyCasa office where we had to go first to collect the key, with codes to get the envelope, codes for the door, the lift, using google maps to find the apartment. We were asked to bring our rubbish at checkout to the garbage area, but there was no signage in the building nor from MyCasa to help us locate the garbage area, MyCasa only got back to me with pictures after we had left. There was a lot of noise from very early in the mornings (before 6am) of bin collections/deliveries to the supermarket opposite. Unlike at home neither seemed to move on after doing their work, the sounds of both continued for at least 30 minutes (not MyCasa's fault we realise). After booking a few months ago, we were hit with a €58 un-returnable damages deposit, or €500 returnable deposit (very unfair not mentioning it upfront).. We were right not to trust the €500 deposit as there is nobody there to meet you at the property or check that any damages/issues already in the apartment were not caused by us. There was a foul smell coming from the pipes/sink. Another issue was we were given dishwasher tablets in the kitchen pack provided, but there was no dishwasher. When I messaged MyCasa asking for kitchen or tea towels instead, so that we didn't have to use our shower towels for the kitchen, they refused to supply these saying they would pass this feedback onto the owner. Overall whilst the apartment was lovely, a good size for our needs for a 4 night stay for a family of 3 in beautiful Nice, we were very disappointed with the management/owner for all of the above reasons and it did let our stay down.

Très bon accueil à l'agence My Casa où j'ai récupéré les clés et reçu les informations nécessaires. l'appartement rue Rossini est très bien situé, bien équipée décoré avec goût. C'était parfait pour nous 3. nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Nice.

Було не чисто ,речі власного використання персоналу ,були розкидані по всюди,починаючи з ванної кімнати,закінчуючи кімнату з пральною машиною ,прибирання в апартаментах на 1 з 5

La posizione...ottima ,centrale. Perfetta per raggiungere ogni luogo di nizza

In primis ,la pulizia di tutti gli ambientima soprattutto della cucina ,poi alcune luci non funzionavano .la casa ,al nostro arrivo , non era preparata per ospitare tre ospiti ,ma solo due ...non abbiamo trovato la lavastoviglie. La peggior cosa è stata dover pagare un assicurazione di 50 euro ,in alternativa ad una cauzione di 500 euro ,che avremmo (...forse..) avuto indietro dopo 10 giorni e non subito .tutto sulla fiducia perché nessuno ci ha accompagnati a visitare e controllare la casa ne prima ne dopo il check in.per concludere .abbiamo pagato il soggiorno 300 euro e non 240, al prezzo di 300 avremmo potuto trovare sicuramente, alloggi eccellenti con cauzioni più ragionevoli.
