Great apartment with lovely outside area.

Close to railway station. Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Nice patio/courtyard area. Further from sea front and Old Town than we expected.
The check in was chaotic and stressful resulting in us accessing the apartment 90 minutes late. Communication was poor and inconsistent e.g. when I called the number at the check-in time to get the code there was no reply. Despite communication having been via WhatsApp during the morning the access code was sent via email and so I did not realise that it had been sent as I was expecting a message on WhatsApp. Incorrect information (video) was sent to us regarding the key collection and an incorrect code was sent to us for the key safe. Someone was only available to speak to for limited hours and the lady spoke so quickly I could not understand her and she would not listen to me. We will never again stay in a property where we are not met personally on site as this ruined the start of the stay.

De buitenruimte is fantastisch en maakt dit appartement dat verder ook heel comfortabel en leuk is echt iets bijzonders.
Ik kan niks bedenken dat tegenviel.
