Communication and location was good , however , unfortunately our stay was not very comfortable .
Location was good . There were a couple of underground stations nearby
No exhaust in bathrooms so they were really smelly . 3 members of my family got rashes —- could be bed bug or other insects A few sockets and couple of fan not working Frost in the freezer making it unusable Apartment door locking needs fixing as we have to shut it a few times before it locks ( I sent a video to the management company ) They did not let us keep the baggage for 4 hours until we paid 20 euro although apartment was not booked for the next guest Cleaner did not leave the key in the key box for us to collect the luggage back so my taxi has to wait for 20 minutes before the cleaner came down to open the door and that was after a few phone calls to the Mangement

This property made our stay in Paris!
This property was incredible! The location, the size and the amazing facilities made my trip. Going on a trip with a group of 7 girls meant we needed an extremely spacious place to stay with facilities that can meet all our needs and this airbnb did exactly that. We were grateful to see an iron, hair dryer and cute bags provided including essential toiletries such as hand soap and shower gel. My favourite part of this property is the equal size bedrooms all beside each other with large double beds. The clear instructions to getting into this airbnb was also something I was happy about. This meant that during my trip there was no need to contact the host and I lost no time on my holiday.
Unfortunately this property is said to accommodate to 7 people but this was not the case. When arriving we noticed the sofa bed was actually just a regular sofa meaning a member of our group of 7 had to sleep on the sofa all nights. Despite this, we found the sofa to be extremely comfortable so if a person doesn’t mind sleeping on a sofa this would be perfectly fine. The quality of the bed in terms of comfortability wasn’t the best and pillows were very flat.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage der Wohnung sowie die sehr klare und hilfreiche Beschreibung für den Zugang.
Wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung leider nicht sauber – der Boden war so schmutzig, dass unsere Socken nach wenigen Schritten schwarz wurden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt stark abgewohnt. In der Wohnung hat es unangenehm gerochen. Vermutlich wurde hier zuvor geraucht. Im Flur wurden beschädigte Stellen (vermutlich ein Wasserschaden) wurden einfach mit einer Holzplatte überdeckt, notwendige Reparaturen werden nur mit einfachsten Mitteln durchgeführt. In den Bädern sind die Fugen teilweise schimmelig, die Armaturen sind verkalkt. Wir fanden Haare von Vorgängern und dreckige Waschbecken. Insbesondere hier sieht man das hier nicht richtig sauber gemacht wird. In der Küche hängen die Schranktüren schief, die Klappe des Geschirrspülers für die Tabs funktioniert nicht, und einige Steckdosen sind defekt. Die Eingangstür macht den Eindruck, als wäre sie schon einmal aufgebrochen worden. Die Fenster wurden schon lange nicht mehr geputzt, hier sind die Fingerabdrücke der Vorgänger klar zu erkennen. Wegen nur eines vorhandenen Dongles (zum Öffnen der Haustür) konnten wir uns nicht unabhängig voneinander bewegen – das war sehr unpraktisch. Auch die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr einfach gehalten: Der Duschvorhang ist billig und klebt am Körper beim Duschen, die Couch hatte auch schon bessere Tage und die Gardinen lassen sich nicht vollständig schließen, wodurch nachts Licht hereinfällt. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Schränke oder Kleiderstangen, man muss also aus dem Koffer leben. Insgesamt wirkt alles nicht sehr einladend, es besteht hier ein deutlicher Renovierungs- und Reinigungsbedarf. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft nicht wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Siham qui nous a donné toutes les informations utiles avec un grand sourire. Par ailleurs, les personnes que l'on peut joindre au téléphone sont vraiment très agréables et réactives.

Все було добре: квартира велика, має 3 спальні і вітальню, 2 санвузли, один з яких з душовою, і ще додаткову душову кімнату. На кухні є все необхідне - посуд, посудомийна та пральна машина, капсули та засіб для миття посуду, кавомашина, чайник та тостер, мікрохвильова піч. Господар залишив бокс з чаєм та кавою, а також милі подарунки у вигляді шампунів, гелів для душу та зубної щітки з пастою в гарному мішечку для кожного гостя - було дуже приємно! Інструкція з заселення і виселення була максимально зрозумілою. Район звичайний спальний, здається безпечним. Є кілька супермаркетів, кафе, булочні. Поруч кілька станцій метро - доїхати можна будь-куди. На наш запит господар приніс прасувальну дошку та сушарку для одягу - дякуємо що оперативно готові покращився перебування ваших гостей!
Все сподобалось. Для повного ідеалу було б добре мати кілька капсул для прання чи порошок, а також запасні мішки для сміття. Літраж сміттєвої корзини ми не знали, то ж користувалися паперовими пакетами з супермаркетів. Трохи незручно. Порошок для прання теж купили і залишили для наступних гостей. Але в цілому це не псує нашого враження від перебування.

Todo fue tal cual lo descrito. El lugar estaba en obras pero igual pudimos alcanzar la lockbox e ingresar. Nos pemritieron dejar nuestros equipajes antes del chek in, lo cual ayudó mucho.
