Great apartment, amazing location

The apartment was exactly like its presented in pictures. Very clean and with kitchen utensils that allowed to cook at home. The location is superb, because you have metro, tram and bus in a 5m walking distance. From the apartment is very easy to go out and visit the main attractions. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants also around the apartment. Also the way the access to the apartment is explained (use of keys and codes), makes it very easy to understand.

Passable

Super small rooms. Some rooms had some nails coming out and almost got injured twice. You can tell there is not much care for the room, just rent it, clean it, and next. But no checks for the overall state of the furniture ( broken wardroves), window not properly secured to the wall and host not responding to text and communication. I know Paris is expensive but if i spend 1000 euros in a room i expect not to get injured on it.. call me crazy. Also i know we are in France but it would be helpful for the host to reply faster and in English but maybe that is not a valid critique. If we only stay 3 nights and takes 1 day to reply then there is not much time for them to sort the issues we reported.. not that they cared too much anyway.

Ottimo soggiorno

Il fatto che ci fossero molti bagni e molte camere, xhe il palazzo fosse silenzioso, vicino alla metro e al parco, l'appartamento caldo e accogliente. Ottima la presenza di Netflix e wi fi. Problemi risolti a tempo record. Prezzo veramente concorrenziale.

Mancanza di una scopa per dare una pulita giornaliera. Purtroppo mancano i bidet ma è così ovunque.

le manque d'ustensiles ; pas de balai, de pastilles lave vaisselle... casseroles et poêles de mauvaise qualité éclairage de l'appartement trop faible le compteur disjoncte dès branchement d' un chauffage d'appoint un lavabo avec un mauvais écoulement des stores qui ne fonctionnent plus...

Ideální ubytování pro více osob či velkou rodinu v klidné lokalitě

Velký byt v klidné lokalitě, byt je ve vnitrobloku, ve druhém patře dostupném výtahem, případně po schodech. Brána z ulice je na číselný kód, ve schránce je pak umístěn čip ke vstupu do domu, samotný apartmán je pak na číselný kód. Ke všemu jsme dostali přesné informace včetně popisu a fotografií. Velmi děkujeme za možnost uložení zavazadel před check-in a také dřívějšího ubytování oproti původní dohodě. Byt je velmi prostorný, bylo nás tam sedm osob, tři ložnice vždy pro dvě osoby, rozkládací sedačka pro další dvě osoby v obývacím pokoji, dvě koupelny, dvě wc (jedna koupelna byla dohromady s wc). Prostorná obývací místnost s televizí, velkým jídelním stolem, kuchyňská linka, lednička, trouba, dvouplotýnková varná deska, pračka se sušičkou. Byt je plně prosvětlen okny ze všech vnějších stran domu, ale dal se dobře vyvětrat, i když jsme tam byly v červenci, klimatizace nám vůbec nechyběla. Wifi fungovala skvěle. K dispozici ložní povlečení a ručníky. Kuchyňského nádobí by mělo být více. MHD v blízkosti, stanice metra asi 5 minut pěší chůze, z centra dostupné několika možnostmi dopravy, v okolí restaurace, obchody s potravinami, pekárna, lékárna. Určitě doporučuji pro větší skupinu, byt je prostorný a určitě bychom se tam ubytovaly znovu.

Okno v jednom pokoji nešlo plně zavřít a sprchová hlavice v jedné koupelně byla poškozená (stříkala hadice). Opravy jsme v době našeho pobytu nepožadovali, ale bylo by lepší do budoucna opravit.

V bytě nás bylo 8

Lokalita je moc pěkná, ulice jsou čisté a je v nich klid. Dobře dostupné jsou obchody (včetně pekáren). Bydlení jsme využili na maximální kapacitu (8 osob), což už bylo moc, jinak je ale byt hezký, světlý, s velkými okny. Dobře funguje Wifi, televize. V bytě bylo čisto, prostorné postele, čisté povlečení a ručníky. Největší mrzení bylo s neodtékajícím umyvadlem a netěsnící sprchou v koupelně - to by chtělo opravit. Jinak hezký byt a dobrý poměr ceny a kvality (najít v Paříži bydlení pro 8 osob za dobrou cenu je složité). Pobyt jsme si užili. Ocenili jsme přesné informace o tom, jak se do bytu dostat.

Lepší by určitě mohla být centrální koupelna. V ní je záchod, který je umístěn dost vysoko, umyvadlo, které dobře neodtéká, a sprcha, která není dobře utěsněná a stříká všude možně. Myčka v kuchyni příliš dobře nemyje, nádobí jsme museli domývat. Chyběly sklenice na víno (resp. byly tam pouze dvě). Pro 8 osob bylo v pokojích méně úložného prostoru. Problém jsme měli při příjezdu, neboť jsme nenašli čip od bytu, který předchozí nájemce nevrátil. Trvalo nějakou dobu, než jsme se zkontaktovali s majitelem (nevím, co bychom dělali, kdybychom přijeli v noci).

Appartamento grande e confortevole, in posizione comodissima e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Posizione perfetta, zona tranquilla a 100 metri dalla metropolitana, vicino a un parcheggio economico e a vari market. Appartamento grande e accogliente, 3 camere da letto oltre a divano letto e 3 bagni. Perfetto per 6 persone e ottimo per 8. Completo di lavasciuga e lavastoviglie, che in un viaggio itinerante fanno sempre comodo. Ottima comunicazione con host, che ha dato supporto e risposto velocemente a ogni richiesta.

All'arrivo mancavano 2 bicchieri e un lenzuolo ed era presente una sola pentola, problema risolto velocemente dall' host non appena segnalato. Un lavandino scaricava l'acqua molto lentamente, non risolto durante il nostro soggiorno, che però è stato solo di 2 notti. Il problema avrebbe potuto essere individuato prima del nostro arrivo, in ogni caso erano presenti altri 2 bagni con lavandino!

Slordig beheerd appartement, met heel kleine ingrepen tot uitstekend op te waarderen.

De ligging en de grootte van de ruimte. Het appartement is makkelijk te vinden en eenvoudig te openen op basis van zeer duidelijke instructies.Zeer rustige buurt. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij.

De staat van onderhoud van de keuken (klemmende deuren, kapotte kleppen geen vensterbanken aanwezig en de sfeerloze aankleding. Beide tv toestellen functioneerden zeer moeizaam door kapotte/lege afstandbedieningen
