Good location, outside of the hustle and bustle of all the paris tourist attractions, but in a good neighbourhood. Lots of fresh food stores and bakeries within walking distance, and a metro station at the end of the block (3 minutes walk). Great location if you want something quiet. Secure and safe complex and comfortable space. Good sized bedrooms, good facilities including washing machine and cooking appliances.

There were no instructions on where we should empty the rubbish bins, and there were no spare bin liners if we did empty them. The apartment had a dishwasher but it didn’t clean the dishes properly which meant we had to hand wash them, but only a small amount of detergent was left and an old used sponge to wash them with. It would be useful to have more cleaning products for guests. Including a dust pan and broom so we could keep the apartment clean while we were there. Also the pillows were European shaped pillows, these are decorative only and not comfortable for sleeping.

Location is close to public transport and a supermarket. Coffee and tea was available would be nice to have some salt and pepper for guests. Communication was easy through the app and response was fast.

Worn out apartment and door was not unlocking properly from the inside. Please replace the sponge, it costs 50 cents, the one you had was at least 3 months old. Only one key available.
