Appartement spacieux, pièce commune agréable. Idéal pour 2 familles avec les 3 chambres séparées, les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes. Arrêt de bus et stations de métro à proximité, ainsi que des commerces et restaurants. Très bonne communication avec David et Warren qui gèrent la location de cet appart.
Le seul point négatif ne peut pas être amélioré : le 3ème étage sans ascenseur (surtout avec un bébé et une poussette) et ce point est précisé dans l'annonce...

The neighborhood was ethnically diverse with a real handy supermarket within a few steps and some friendly cafes/coffee shops nearby as well. Metro stops were also within 3 blocks or so for easy access to the city.
It was a bit of a haul with luggage to the 3rd floor apartment, but that was not unexpected. It's just something to take in consideration for less agile travelers.

Superbe appartement avec un équipement de qualité : lits très confortables ( sur matelas), ventilateurs efficaces ( 2 nuits de canicules), doubles vitrages efficaces ( rue passante on est à Paris ne dérangeant pas pour dormir), métro à 2 pas, magasin top juste en bas ( 2 boulangeries, franprix, chinois délicieux...), pharmacie ouverte tout le temps.
