★☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional and unreliable experience.

We had a terrible experience with this property. We booked a family holiday here and paid the full amount weeks in advance. The day before our arrival, we were even told the apartment would be ready by 4 PM. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find out that our booking had been cancelled — without any prior notice. We had traveled all the way from the UK with our family, only to be left stranded at the door. The hosts never contacted us to inform us about the cancellation, and we only found out after arriving. Because of this, we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at a much higher price, causing unnecessary stress during what should have been a relaxing holiday. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Strongly recommend others to stay away from this property

Tissue holders on both toilets are almost coming off the wall; shower pipes in one bedroom are leaking; bathroom shower in the master bedroom is flooding; ironing board legs are broken; bread toaster's lever has to be held down manually to toast

My stay at Suite Monopoly was absolutely delightful. The location of the property was perfect, with easy access to nearby metro and bus stops, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The property itself was well-maintained, and we found the suite to be clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there, and I would highly recommend Suite Monopoly to anyone visiting the area. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will without a doubt book my stay here again. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my trip.

Casa molto carina e spaziosa.al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un paio di kit di cortesia su ogni letto. Ci sono 3 camere da letto ampie. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati tutti molto comodi. Ci sono 3 docce e 2 wc. Quarriere tranquillo e silenzioso. Ottima posizione con supermercato sotto casa, varie boulangerie e pochi minuti per la colazione. Metropolitana vicinissima, sia per la linea 6 che per la 8. Non abbiamo usato la cucina, ma sembrava esserci tutto. Ci sono solo 6 sgabelli alti quindi se siete 7 o 8 qualcuno deve restare in piedi.

La casa non era molto pulita, a partire dai pavimenti su cui c'era parecchia polvere. Noi eravamo in 7, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato preparato solo per 6, abbiamo dovuto fare noi il letto aprendo il divano letto che non aveva le lenzuola. Bisognerebbe aggiungere un armadio o qualche appendino per la camera da letto col bagno interno. Sarebbero graditi dei porta asciugamani in tutti i bagni.

Casa carina… qualcosa da migliorare.

L’appartamento è veramente carino al primo piano di un palazzo con ascensore, dotato di due camere da letto ed un soggiorno con divano apribile. Arredamento moderno. Due wc separati da 3 locali doccia molto carini. La posizione è buona in quanto anche se abbastanza lontana dal centro è molto vicina a due linee della metro la nr 8 e la nr.6, dista da queste circa 150/200 mt. Vi è un supermercato proprio sotto casa e diversi ristoranti e panifici. Molto facile l’accesso all’interno dell’abitazione e personale molto cortese e disponibile.

La pulizia. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il pavimento tutto sporco e la pattumiera non svuotata inoltre davano in dotazione dei kit pulizia ma ce n’erano solo due su 8 persone. Mi è stato detto che me li avrebbero portati il giorno successivo ma nessuno si è visto in più abbiamo dovuto aprire noi il divano letto in quanto non era stato preparato per 7/8 posto. Quando abbiamo lamentato la pulizia però i proprietari sono stati tempestivi nell inviare una donna delle pulizie per rimediare.

Apartamento acolhedor para quem está em família e muito bem localizado.

O apartamento fica bem próximo a uma estação do metro (Michel Bizot) com muitas facilidades em seu entorno: mercado (monoprix e franprix), restaurantes, boulangeries, farmácia, etc. O apartamento possui comodidades para quem está em família e é bem decorado. Recebemos as orientações bem detalhadas por email e tudo ocorreu satisfatoriamente.

Não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade nessa estadia.

Les 3 chambres , l'espace.

La propreté, canapé insalubre .. Tout est bling bling mais cest soit mal fini soit cassé ( canapé, poubelle,lampes, congelateur). Bref cest pas au niveau de standing annoncé. Tout est tiré jusqu a la corde jusqu'à diluer le lave vaisselle pour faire des économies...

No repetiría en este alojamiento

La ubicación

Nos resultó complicado hacer el check in porque nos enviaron una captura de pantalla muy borrosa y cuando llamamos al anfitrión no nos cogió el teléfono ni nos devolvió la llamada; lo pudimos hacer gracias a la ayuda de la dueña de una cafetería próxima, que es española y, cuando le contamos el problema habló con el encargado de mantenimiento del edificio y le explicó lo que debíamos hacer. En el sofá cama del salón es imposible dormir porque el colchón está en pésimo estado. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio (la tapicería del sofá cama del salón estaba muy sucia, daba asco sentarse), no había agua en el lavabo de uno de los aseos, faltaba un juego de toallas (éramos 8 personas y sólo dejaron para 7), el agua de las duchas se sale porque las mamparas son abiertas y no había utensilios de limpieza (fregona... por si hacían falta en un momento dado).
