Good value for money In a good location eg near the beach,& Gorey Town Room comfortable
In room was only a table,maybe couple of chairs to sit down on while having a cuppa!

very interesting gardens with sculptures, hens and fruit trees Quite a nice place to stay with young kids friendly host close to Wells House, which is beautiful
There is nothing much in Ballyedmond, just a simple chip shop. The pub closed down a few years ago. That probably will not bother most people though.
