The room was beautifully prepared and our host was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfortable and we were lovely and warm. The personal touches included a great assortment of teas, biscuits and chocolates. The washroom was beautifully laid out with various toiletries to use which was a very thoughtful touch for the guests. Being able to grab a slice of toast and jam before our ongoing journey was also a bonus. We would not hesitate to return to The Nest should we ever be in need of overnight accommodation which works perfectly when you're sailing into, or catching, a ferry from Rosslare Harbour.
There wasn't anything unexpected to dislike, so having to walk down a covered passage to the washroom and toilet facilities was something we were aware of before booking the room.

Location excellent, lovely an clean, all amenities there.
I found my room very warm No ventilation, although I had a fan. Needed a window to open. It was stuffy. I would have preferred a on-suite bathroom. Didn’t like the thought having to get up during the night to use the toilet.
