De kamers zijn netjes, gezellig en comfortabel. Fijn dat er wat faciliteiten zijn om te eten of ontspannen.

De douchestraal had harder gemogen.

Lovely comfortable room with every detail covered. Very clean and nicely furnished. Tea and coffee and biscuits in room. Pretty outside courtyard garden. Little shared sitting/tv room with mini kitchen space with hot drinks and toast for breakfast. Fridge, small freezer space, toaster and microwave provided. There is a shared bathroom ( with another room) down a small outside covered walkway with 2 toilet cubicles, one nice warm electric shower cubicle and 4 communal sinks. Everywhere is very clean and airy and there is a basket of everything you could need- shampoo, hand cream, sanitary products etc. The location is great with local cliff walk by the harbour, lovely nearby memorial garden and wonderful Kirwan’s garden- don’t miss it! There is a Spar supermarket nearby too and very close Tasker takeaway for fish and chips. It was an ideal overnight stay before the early morning ferry. The host Dave, called us to confirm arrival time and parking, and sent us a detailed message about location and access.

It was fine for us (and I think we were only residents ) but be aware that the bathroom ‘block’ is a communal space for residents of both rooms.

Location good for the ferry, lovely staff. Room basic but had everything you needed. However for my partner the bed was way too soft. He ended up sleeping on the floor to save his back for the rest of our holiday in Ireland.
