Appartement FUX

Location-wise, the flat is close to shops, bus stations and the tram station. It was easy to reach using an elevator, which is great if you have more than one baggage to carry when arriving. The flat is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is big enough to accommodate 2 or more people. There is a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an ironing board, thus all you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the stuff you need, including the appliances you'd expect as a guest. There is a bis terrace too, equipped with a comfortable seating arrangement to relax together with a nice drink in the evening. The owner Klaudia is very friendly and answers all your queries promptly within 2 to 5 minutes. On offer is a parking spot below deck, however, if you are not feeling comfortable handling your car, it could be difficult for someone to drive down- and upwards the tight garage entry/exit, you need to know the size of your car to drive down and up safely.

The noise levels are a big nuisance, cause the flat is right next to a street with a lot of traffic throughout the day. Keeping the doors open and the blinds down during the sunny day is great, however, during the night it's a different story. If you use earplugs it is alright to keep the doors open, but if you're sensitive to loud noise coming from the street below, your nights will be short, waking up all the time. If you are used to the traffic noise, that's fine, all good, the flat is perfect in that sense, but if you're looking for a quiet location, this flat is not the right one. Overall, we felt good to stay there, apart from the traffic noise, which is the reason why we'll not book it again. If the location were near a quiet street, the flat would have received 10 satisfaction points.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer guten Gegend von Graz. Trotz der Größe des Hauses fühlten wir uns nie von Geräuschen aus den anderen Wohnungen gestört. Das Haus liegt an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, was aber im Vorhinein klar war. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super - total freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders toll fanden wir den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Waschmaschine/Trockner (immer hilfreich, wenn man mit Kindern verreist)!

Wszystko zgodne z opisem na 100% Czystość i wyposażenie na 150% 👍 Spokojna okolica. Łatwy dojazd do centrum Graz a w naszym przypadku również na wyścig F1. Gorąco wszystkim polecany..
