Really well located, in a quiet corner of Heaton. Plenty of parking nearby. The flat itself is comfortable and well furnished, with a decent kitchen.
Some tiny quality-of-life improvements could be made. It was quite a cold flat, though maybe the heating hasn't kicked in yet. It definitely needs a plug for the kitchen sink, as well as some new pots/pans and baking trays.

Plenty of room for us all and good location.
Could do with a deep clean. Heating wasn’t working we managed to speak with the company and apologised but not rectified. Information pack at property would have been useful.

Big property, bed very confortable, kitchen and living room nice, bath, calm area.
Bathroom was not super clean on the floor but we arrived 1h after booking it so maybe they didn't had time to clean entirely. The rest was pretty clean. If you cook and there's a bit of smoke or just condensation, it triggers the smoke detector in the kitchen which is a bit annoying. A bit far from the center but easily accessible with the bus.
