Plenty of room for us all and good location.

Could do with a deep clean. Heating wasn’t working we managed to speak with the company and apologised but not rectified. Information pack at property would have been useful.

Nice big accommodation in a calm area.

Big property, bed very confortable, kitchen and living room nice, bath, calm area.

Bathroom was not super clean on the floor but we arrived 1h after booking it so maybe they didn't had time to clean entirely. The rest was pretty clean. If you cook and there's a bit of smoke or just condensation, it triggers the smoke detector in the kitchen which is a bit annoying. A bit far from the center but easily accessible with the bus.

Good base for Newcastle visit.

3 spacious bedrooms. Good sized lounge/diner. Free on-street parking. Not too noisy (train line opposite but quiet overnight). Handy for local shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to the tram and near local bus routes.

Kitchen is small, but has good oven, washing machine and microwave. Some of the crockery needed washing before use.

Poor lock on the front door. We were quite nervous about leaving the property as the lock in the door looked like it would have been easily pushed open

Great location and great for a family stay but no heat and the coldness of the property spoilt it a

Location was excellent and big enough for my family

I asked if we could access the property at 1 instead of 3 due to arriving in Newcastle a little earlier and was advised this would cost an extra £20 which I didn’t like and the property was so cold. Even when we arrived you could feel the coldness in the property. Didn’t know how to turn the heating on and after a long cold day on Wednesday it was very uncomfortable.

I stort sett bra men hade varit trevligt med värme på elementen när vi kom

Fräscht och trevligt.

Det var ingen värme på överhuvudtaget när vi kom. Efter mycket skrivande fram och tillbaka med personal fick vi veta hur värmen sattes på. De fick det att låta som att vi var mycket korkade som inte fattade hur vi skulle sätta på värmen genom att trycka på en knapp inuti varmvattenberedaren! Inte så självklart och mycket märkligt att de inte kunde ha satt på värmen åt oss så det var varmt när vi kom. Första dygnet frös vi jättemycket.
