Plenty of room for us all and good location.
Could do with a deep clean. Heating wasn’t working we managed to speak with the company and apologised but not rectified. Information pack at property would have been useful.

Big property, bed very confortable, kitchen and living room nice, bath, calm area.
Bathroom was not super clean on the floor but we arrived 1h after booking it so maybe they didn't had time to clean entirely. The rest was pretty clean. If you cook and there's a bit of smoke or just condensation, it triggers the smoke detector in the kitchen which is a bit annoying. A bit far from the center but easily accessible with the bus.

3 spacious bedrooms. Good sized lounge/diner. Free on-street parking. Not too noisy (train line opposite but quiet overnight). Handy for local shops, cafes and restaurants. Close to the tram and near local bus routes.
Kitchen is small, but has good oven, washing machine and microwave. Some of the crockery needed washing before use.
