The backyard area was covered in dog poo (although I appreciate this isn't the hosts fault as the area is shared with the flat below). No Sky Sport or BT Sport on TV to watch the football!

Location was fine. Enough space .

Was advertised as high quality accomodation. Was not at all. Was basically a student house. Very low quality beds and furnishings, rules written all over the place.

Good value for money and a good base to explore Newcastle from residential Heaton.

Nice house, spacious enough for 6. We liked hanging out in the living room, it was perfect for playing games and relaxing watching the TV.

A ceiling leak in one of the bedrooms and it not seeming like a full clean had been completed prior to our arrival (unmade beds etc.), but otherwise no complaints.

stairs are dodgy, the top winders need repairing, bed had broken slats on it, the mattresses are thin, no plug in kitchen sink, washing machine door is missing in the kitchen,

Comfortable, peaceful and welcoming. Very easy to get to the shops and any restaurant.

Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The instructions given were so clear. Parking was easy. Quiet area. Easy access to multiple shops and restaurants. Everything was clean.
