Skyline Loft im Neuköllner Kiez - 90qm

The apartment was spacious. Nice view from the top floor. All the equipment was working. Good internet connection. EDEKA in 100 meters from the apartment The keys were easy to collect (but you need carefully read the sent instructions)

The apartment is located a bit far away from the center, so you need at least 40-50 minutes to get to the center of Berlin. The bus stop is very close, but the bus trip takes rather long. S-Bahn is is faster, but the station is around 10 min walk. The apartment building where the apartment is located and the neighborhood were not very clean (however it was clean inside the apartment itself). The available car parking is only open public parking (it was really free of charge). It took quite some time to find an available parking spot (and we were really lucky with this). In addition, you need to be really careful not to park on the street where the parking allowed only during the weekends. We parked the car and did not use it till we went home. So, maybe it is not the best option if you come by car.

Parken könnte etwas schwierig finden, aber wir hatten Glück. Allgemeiner Bereich Eingang / Fahrstuhl war anfangs etwas dreckig, wurde aber sauber gemacht.

Hezky zařízený byt s výhledem na Berlín. V blízké dostupnosti obchody a restaurace.

Dům z venku a v prostorách výtahu by potřeboval upgrade, ale chápu, že to nezáleží jen na majitelích bytu ;)

Rummeligt, renligt, lyst. Hurtigt svar fra udlejer. Ben indcheckning.

Ejendommen er meget beskidt og slidt, affald og rotter alle vegne. Elevatoren virkede kun en gang i mellem hvilket var problematisk da jeg var på krykker. Vaskemaskinen virkede ikke. Sengen i stuen var virkelig dårlig og det var umuligt at sove to mennesker i den hvilket resulterede i at vi sov tre i den anden seng.
