The single-storey apartment in the extension of a single family house has been completely modernized. Open spaces and a high, sloping ceiling with a large dome light in the living area give the apartment a clear studio character. Total area of the apartment: approx. 54 sqm (floorboards, except bathroom / hallway)
An open American style kitchen offers all the advantages that a modern kitchen has to offer. Built-in gas stove with extractor hood, high oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and other useful household items, dishwasher. Dining table with four armchairs
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a hanging toilet and underfloor heating. It has a double window to the garden side. Hair dryer and towels are available.
The entrance hall is also equipped with underfloor heating and is completely closed off by a door to the living room and a door to the bathroom. There is a built-in wardrobe here.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung an den Bus ist sehr gut, so dass man von der ruhigen Oase gut in die Stadt kommt. Frau Burde ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin, die zur Stelle ist, wenn man etwas braucht, aber auch die Privatsphäre achtet. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und dennoch funktional.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Sie liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wer im Sommer ausschlafen möchte, darf sich allerdings nicht daran stören, dass morgens Licht durch das Skylight kommt. Aber die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, auch der Boden und die Einrichtung.

Tout était très propre, pas de bruit, lit confortable, nous y avons très bien dormi et la propriétaire nous a gentiment accueilli et donné plein de renseignements. Merci Ursula
