Bardzo sympatyczny, kontaktowy i dyskretny właściciel. Można było się poczuć jak w domu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z klarownym rozmieszczeniem wszystkich przedmiotów. Czysta, na bieżąco sprzątana łazienka. Nie było problemów z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane, zaraz obok supermarkety.
Wszystko było w porządku.
