Unterkunft am Park

Breakfast was not included in our services, but the host welcomed us with fruit and a carafe of cold water. We liked the location of this apartment.

We have difficulties with English, so communication by phone is difficult. When we arrived, we couldn’t get into the building for a long time because the entrance was locked and only apartment numbers and owners’ surnames were listed. We had to figure out which doorbell button to press, which took some effort. This was not specified when the booking was made. We were there in June 2026, and there was no air conditioning in the room. And our room faced the sunny side. There are also two cats living in the apartment, and we arrived with two small dogs. We were even afraid to let them out into the hallway.

Ich übernachte regelmäßig in dieser Unterkunft und habe beide vorhandenen Zimmer kennengelernt. Deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber, gut ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Gastgeber. Er ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig, dabei aber immer angenehm zurückhaltend und unaufdringlich. Man merkt, dass es ihm wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen. Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und durchdachte Serviceangebote machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Gleichzeitig respektiert der Gastgeber die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste und hat ein gutes Gespür dafür, wann Unterstützung oder ein Gespräch willkommen sind und wann nicht. Über die lange Zeit hinweg habe ich die Unterkunft immer als sehr gastfreundlich, unkompliziert und verlässlich erlebt. Für mich ist sie die erste Wahl, wenn ich in Berlin übernachte.
