L’établissement est grand, moderne, confortable et très cosy et à proximité de plein de restaurants, shop et surtout des transports en commun
Le siphon de la douche était bouché, la saleté remontait, lavabo de la sdb un peu sale mais sinon rien à dire sur le reste

Super sauber, top ausgestattet. Vom Toaster bis Kaffeemaschine alles vorhanden. Gute Aufteilung der Räume. Sehr großes Wohn- Schlafzimmer mit Esstisch. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Alles top. Die Lage hervorragend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Überall Restaurants. Kiezflair !!!! Durch die Lage in der Seitenstraße sehr angenehm ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!! Perfekt um Berlin zu erkunden Ein- und Aus- Check ohne Probleme.
Wenn überhaupt gibt es einen Minni Abzug für den Duscheingang. Dieser ist etwas schmal. Aber, das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau!!!

De lokatie is heel erg fijn, dichtbij de S en U Bahn, restaurantjes, barretjes, koffie huisjes. Heel ruim appartement met een aparte slaapkamer voor bv de kinderen. Goed geregeld met een sleutelkluisje.
Het bed in de woonkamer was kapot. We hebben daarom op de grond op de matras geslapen. De eigenaar benaderd maar helaas niets terug gehoord. Het was al eens gepoogd te maken te zien aan de schroeven maar dus niet gelukt. De douche cabine is erg wankel en gaat alle kanten op als je erin staat.
