Relativ zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhige Gegend. Mit dem ÖV kommt man relativ schnell in die Innenstadt (Alex, Ku-Damm etc.) Bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation sind es ca. 10 Min. Fußweg. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Vincent) war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Dass das Zimmer ein Bad außerhalb hat, war soweit OK. aber es müsste im Angebot deutlicher kommuniziert werden. Auch dass das Zimmer zwar über einen guten Kühlschrank verfügt, aber sonst küchenmäßig nicht viel vorhanden ist - auch kein Problem, wenn man im Angebot darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man gewisse Sachen (Besteck, Teller, etc.) halt einfach selbst mitbringt. Außerdem wäre es gut, wenn man das Zimmer z.B. mit Folgendem nachrüsten würde: - 2 bis 3 Stühle, damit man am vorhandenen Tisch sitzen kann. - Gläser / Tassen für 3 Personen (da 3-Bettzimmer ...) - mind. einen Kleiderschrank / Regal bzw. eine Möglichkeit, seine Sachen unterzubringen. - einpaar Haken oder eine Garderobe an der Wand Für alles Genannte wäre im Zimmer auch genug Platz vorhanden.

Location was great and the room was very nice and clean, big enough for two. F-chein is my favourite location in Berlin, lot's of good restaurants near by, close to M and easy to get around.

Well, getting in was not very easy because there was some hustle with key boxes and communication. We had to do lots of calling and work to find the keys. I was sick at the time so it was really annoying but staff was friendly and they did their best to fix the problems.

Only the location and that the owner shared some useful and good places around the area

Well first of all when we arrived the room was quite dirty, with empty bottles on the ground and garbage in the bin, a lot of dust and hair on the floor, some spider webs on the right corner of the ceiling above the bed and also the bed sheets were dirty (red marks like lip gloss). When we asked that the room should be cleaned the owner told us that we should pay extra if we wanted to be cleaned but then we shared some photos to prove that the room was not cleaned before arrival. Then, they sent the cleaning service and we were informed that the room was cleaned one - two hours later which is not possible. After returning to the room, we found out that the cleaning service didn't clean the room nor the bathroom, didn't even take out the empty plastic water bottles but only changed the bed sheets and the towels. The owner does not seem to check the cleaning so I assume that the cleaning service does what they want and they don't really care about the state of the rooms. Finally, the toilet-shower of the room is outside of the room in the corridor, which is not so unpleasant but just a bit far. Overall, the rating 5/10 is as much positive I can be as someone who has travelled a lot and having experience from different kind of accommodation.
