In our half-timbered villa in Pankow-Niederschönhausen (where already wanted to go Udo Lindenberg with the special train), we offer the historic ambiance tasteful and stylish apartment for your vacation in Berlin. On 2 floors you can live, sleep well and cook. The apartment has its own garden entrance, the garden is available for our guests. (Barbecue and seating available). Families with children are welcome, there is a playground in the garden)

The interior is matched by the color and style of furniture lovingly on the building. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi make your stay more comfortable.
Front Friedrichstrasse, rear Baltic: The district Niederschönhausen in Pankow is dominated by old mansions and apartment buildings, it is also called the Zehlendorf of the East. Here enjoy many ex-Prenzlauer Berger with your children the benefits of living in the countryside and the same fast access to city life by tram (night traffic!), And only 10 minutes to reach the U- and S-Bahn.
You can search for a strenuous sightseeing program with your offspring evening relax in the garden, or sleep the morning after your visit to the club scene in Berlin alone!
German History: Niederschönhausen offers interested guests the opportunity to pursue the German-German history. For Majakowskiring, an oval road train, where GDR times lived many members of the government, it is a walk of 10 minutes. The neighboring castle Schönhausen (in 2010 after renovation reopened) shows as a museum next to the Prussian history of the house is also very evident that moving GDR history of the building.

It is a charming apartment, nice, clean, tidy with easy access to groceries, restaurants & tram. The yard & laundry are shared. The only draw back for us was the access to the bed...its a bit awkward.The property owners were very friendly & helpful. Thank you very much!

Great apartment and fantastic garden where the kids could play and adults relax. Very calm neighbourhood with good connections to the city with tram and/or U barn.

This place made us feel at home. It has so much character, charm and a big green space outside the back. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Birgit and Axel were always available when we needed assistance. Our dog Zippy enjoyed the backyard and the nearby Schoenholzer Heide (massive park) too.
We will definitely be back.
