No dislikes. Constructive feedback - Wet room was a little tricky as the water did not drain away fast enough and wanted to go where it shouldn't. Apart from that, it was just the job!

A wonderful place for a relaxing stay.

This property has everything you need for a quiet, comfortable stay. It’s very well laid out, all on the ground floor with parking just outside the front door. The large bed is very comfortable as is the large settee in the lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering and leads out to a lovely patio area to enjoy alfresco dining or a quiet evening drink. If you want to eat out there is a gastro pub less than a 5 minute walk away. .

Fairly large with good facilities. It was clean and well kept, and felt very private for an annex. Location is convenient and there is no traffic noise. Hosts were friendly.

Shower-room was clean but could do with updating, but kitchen etc.. was upto date. I stayed there twice and there was not much wrong tbh.

A home from home stay - very relaxing and peaceful.

This property was definitely a quiet little gem. The property was great, perfectly sized with everything you need plus added extras like milk, coffee, tea, sugar, fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers. The brochure for the property was very professional, informative and really well put together. Within an hour of our arrival we felt very "at home" and relaxed. The property is in a very quiet peaceful area and we slept really well, both due to the quiet location and very comfortable bed. Thank you Sarah and David for a wonderful stay at your quiet little gem, we very much hope to visit again when we are next in the area.

A beautiful romantic getaway

The location was as tranquil as promised. It was stylishly decorated. The kitchen was amazingly bright and sunny and you can sit and watch the birds in the garden where I spotted red kites, wood peckers, robins, thrushes and more. It was equiped with everything you could want, the freshly ground coffee was much appreciated by my husband. The living room was cozy and with another great view into the garden, I suspect the AC woudl have been really welcome on the super hot days. The bedroom was a good size with a super comfy bed, and the wet room was lovely. The bathroom and slippers were the cherry on the top.

I have been trying to thing of something bad to say, and there is nothing, this was the perfect place to stay.

Wonderful 2 night stay

A 'guiet gem' is a very accurate description. Located in the lovely village of Polebrook this accomodation was a wonderful place for a 2 night stay. Spacious and very well equipped plus the garden terrace was a great place to sit outside. Fans and aircon unit were also provided.

Excellent base for the Nots-Wolds

What a gem! Location is in a beautiful little village, the hosts communication and welcome was superb and this is a gorgeous little flat, tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Really convenient if you want to explore the lovely area. The local pub was so welcoming and everything on the menu was gluten free which was a huge bonus. Thanks David and Sarah!

Stunning little apartment in a beautiful location

The property was in a stunning and peaceful cul de sac. It was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything needed. I especially liked the fact we were provided fresh coffee beans, slippers and Bath robes. The owners definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place for a couple to stay for a short break.

This was a fantastic little property in a lovely area. Ideal for a couple and well equipped. We were greeted by one of the owners who was very ready with the keys. She showed us around and gave some advice on places to eat nearby. The living area was cosy and comfortable. The welcome folder was clear that there is no live TV but there are streaming apps that we could log into. If people don’t have access to the usual streaming sites then there was always the nice selection of books. We loved the bedroom as the bed was very comfortable Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Oundle is worth a visit and is a really pleasant village (with lots of places to eat and drink)

Super stay that was 'just as described on the tin' - A Little Gem!

We could not find fault with anything, we had a wonderful quiet stay for the night, it was like a home away from home, with all you could need, the sitting room was comfy, the bed was really relaxing and although we did not use it there was a full kitchen where, had we stayed longer, we may have cooked in. It was exactly as described - A little gem! We have recommended it to friends and family - could not recommend it more!

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Quiet and private. The hosts were very welcoming. Nice touches like some of the kitchen basics provided such as cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar and even some milk in the fridge. My stay was brief but comfortable and enjoyable. Also great value!
