Excellent. Definitely recommend

Comfortable, calm and friendly 😀

The decor was so cosy including the Art allover the walls. It was really beautiful! The bed was so comfortable and such a bonus to chill in the bath after a long drive down. Shane was so warm and welcoming and I even stole the keys and had to take them back. He was great. Breakfast was available but as I had an interview I was too nervous to eat haha

Nothing to complain about. I only wish I had more time to relax during my stay. I arrived late and left early. It was a perfect stop over.

Peterborough's 6 star accomodation

The property was spotless and beautifully decor. My room had everything you need and the bed was fabulously comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and brought to the room, a nice thought. There was so many places to visit around Peterborough it has so much to offer, definitely returning . Shane was the perfect host and very hospitable. So I recommend this property for other visitors you won't be disappointed!

A lovely stay - exactly as described.

Perfect home stay host, good communication prior re check in etc. Parking available on request Large clean, comfortable room, fridge with ice box, wardrobe hanging space, drawers, storage, TV, table, chairs, hairdryer, iron. Ensuite with bath and shower, towels provided. Quiet area. In room continental breakfast provided.

Large , bright room with en-suite which was very clean. Quiet location and parking was also provided. The host was very friendly. Very good value.

Near perfect stay which exceeded expectations

My stay was excellent. Polite and welcoming host, very quiet location, immaculately presented room and en suite, and good breakfast.

These are very minor points but 1) the mattress was a bit thin and 2) the water pressure in the shower was a bit low for me. But these did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay

Excellent stay and very good value for money

location convenient for Peterborough, very quiet. Room very good and plenty of space, huge bathroom. All exceptionally clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was very good, need to check if the butter and jam was homemade as it was so nice. loads of hot water. Would not hesitate to return and incredible value for money.

I struggle with my back and would have preferred a firmer mattress but that is just my preference not to be seen as a criticism.

Great place when passing through or alternatively for a nice break in a good neighbourhood

Our host was super attentive and nothing was a problem. Very warm welcome and would definitely go again. The property is in a very nice neighbourhood with nice walks and a very good pub for food a short walk away. Very pleased overall. Thank you Shane.

A large room and en-suite in a beautiful home, central to the Peterborough area. Shane, the owner was a delight, welcoming, thoughtful, very quiet residence, room was lovely, suited all our needs. Continental breakfast served to our room at the time required. Came and went as and when we needed to. Excellent, thoroughly recommend.

Attentive host, comfy room and quiet and peacful.

We loved it that the house was in a quiet area and it was peaceful. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The host was very responsive, which for me is always a bonus. Breakfast bought up to our room which suited us for a one night stop over. We had a fridge in the room plus kettle and toaster.

If we had been staying longer we would have appreciated something to put our suitcases on, but feel confident that the host would have done somthing about that had we asked.

Ideal, just what I needed

Clean and smart, very helpful, didn’t expect it to be a house renting rooms out but worked great for what I needed.

Music playing till late up in the cul-de-sac which was annoying, and the Sky tv was a great addition but kept stopping / freezing every 5 minutes, but was there late so didn’t worry me too much.

Quiet little gem

Shane is lovely and very helpful. The B&B is in a quiet area, large comfortable room with everything we needed (kettle, toaster, fridge and supplies). Bathroom was good size and toiletries were provided. Check out time of 11am very reasonable and made for a gentle start. Plenty of good spaces to walk our dog nearby. Also the continental breakfast delivered to our door was a lovely touch.

Only thing missing is a separate hand towel from the main towel so that no one has to use the damp one after their shower.

An excellent stay and great value ... really enjoyed a good sleep in a very comfortable king-size bed in a lovely double room, had a quality delicious continental breakfast in my room requested for as an earlier hour.. Shane was a lovely host and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and relaxed and memorable...l will definitely book to stay there again in future.😊👍

Perfect stay, great location, wonderful host.

Wonderful stay, from start to finish. Contacted by owner before we arrived with all the info we needed about where to park, how to get the keys etc. Beautiful little close, felt very safe parking up. Room was perfect, very roomy, had everything we needed and more. The decoration and ornaments were lovely and it felt like a home from home. Close to city centre, with some nice little pubs on the walk into town. Breakfast was lovely. And Shane is a great host, always only a message away, and gave us a great tip about visiting Stamford, a lovely little town nearby. We can't recommend this place enough.

Really exceptional - you will not be disappointed.

A self-selection menu was available in the room - which met our needs and was all of very good quality. The room had a kettle, toaster, fridge and large TV (not used). Excellent bathroom and all very comfortable.

The room was exactly as advertised - it had lots of character and quality decoration lifting it above just being a stale room. Excellent breakfast, and facilities. Far more than I expected for a room I was just using to crash in.

I personally would have preferred less use of scented air fresheners in the room. But that is personal taste

Beautiful art adorning a lovely room

Loved the idea of breakfast being brought outside the room. Beautifully appointed art pieces throughout.

Shower let down the rest of the room. Small, with a hanging set of shelves that got in the way if you used handheld shower. It worked fine, just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the bathroom.
