Bayard Apartments - Two Bedroom Apartment - Contractors Welcome

Concierge was available upon arrival, stay very helpful. Property is fully secure with fob entry and security cameras. Central location, good sized 2 bedroom property with underground garage area. Good communication throughout from host's. Clean and tidy including all communal areas. Plenty of bedding and towels.

Excellent location ! It was brilliant that we had air con in the apartment as it was in one of our heatwaves that we stayed ! Apartment was a decent size albeit with a weird pillar in one of the bedrooms, Generally clean. Underground car park was safe and even kept the car cool, which was a real bonus ! We had a great meal in Cote in Plaza Square and the most amazing curry in Tindli, 100% recommend

There were a few things that I would like to see changed. 1. Washing machine drawer obviously hasn't been seen by cleaner. Not able to use washing machine even if I wanted to. (pic for your reference) Easy fix though ! 2. Headboard in bedroom with pillar in isn't firmly attached to the bed and bangs on the heater behind it. 3. Cushion on the not so comfy sofa (arms are rock hard) (pic attached). 4. Wifi didn't work 1st day but was sorted for us om 2nd day. 5. Were able to only get hot water from bath. Also we were unable to change temp of water in shower but someone fixed that the second day. 6. Only had 3 mugs which felt old and tatty. Mish mash of other plates and bowls and same for cutlery. 7. No dressing table / mirror to see how terrible I looked to do blow dry / straighten my hair. Having said all this I would go back to these apartments but hope that these easy fixes can be achieved.
