The manager needs to know how to accommodate his guests, I have never met a property manager being so disrespectful to g

We had a good parking space

The bed was terrible sleeping was not comfortable, the bathroom door cannot close properly, the fridge is a mini fridge too small did not freeze at all, contacted the manager I were told he would call me back but never did, on Friday the last day at the property the manager send his cleaner there 10:30 am to clean, then he call 10:50 and said I must vacate the property or I would have to pay for another day, I told him I’m only sitting here waiting on my Taxi, and my time should end 11 am, he said I must come out so I told him I would come out and stand outside until my ride arrived, that was what I did, he called later asking if I’m still in the property I told him I left the same time he told me to leave, he was very disrespectful and I don’t appreciate that

Location was pretty central for everything we wanted to explore, we had a car but didn't need to do lots of mileage

Perfect stay in Peterborough

Everything was clean, perfect for 3 to 4 persons, got everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, big back yard, easy to use thermostat. Olu was really responsive and got us all the information we needed.

Short stay to visit family

The house was tucked away in the corner which was a good location. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was an extra sheet for the sofa bed missing but one was delivered. The beds were comfortable. The info booklet was very helpful and a short walk/drive to Lidl supermarket was very handy.

The sofa bed as a sofa was uncomfortable for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) to sit on. The workmanship finish in the kitchen was poor, there were cupboard doors that didn't fit and shelves not in situ. The fridge wasn't fitted properly and rocked every time you opened the door. That said it was functional for a short stay and the whole house was very clean. We didn't use the washing machine. The back garden was overgrown so we couldn't really let the children play outside, there were garden chairs to use.

- Good location. - Parking right outside of the property which was great. - Close to where we needed to go! - Nice sized rooms.

- Advertised as having 3 bathrooms, there's only 1? - Bathroom was a little dirty. - Had to chase for the code to gain entry.

Everything was great about our stay here, its very comfortable and spacious for two! The Host were also very accomodating to our request for an extra knife in the kitchen!
