Location and convenience to access the property
Air con was not effective and we had difficulty managing the hot weather. When we asked for compensation offset, property manager didn’t acknowledge the issue and tried to blame it on us for not giving time from our holiday to fix the issue. Felt we are being used to test and fix issues in the property without losing their commercial opportunities

Location was great. Close to subway stations and Eiffel Tower. Felt like you were living like a local as a bit further out than the main areas where tourists would stay. Lovely local restaurants and patisseries. Apartment was quite large and comfortable.
Instructions on how the Airconditioning works would be helpful.

Appartamento in bellissima zona residenziale. Molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i principali quartieri di Parigi. Metropolitana sotto casa. Spazi comodi e ben suddivisi.
Purtroppo la pulizia non era delle migliori. La lavastovigie inutilizzabile dalla sporcizia e incrostazioni. Il servizio WIFI non funzionava e così anche alcune tapparelle elettriche perchè non erano presenti le batterie nei telecomandi.

Große Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Fernseher in jedem Zimmer. Bügeleisen, Haarfön, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.
Küchenbesteck sollte unbedingt mal ausgetauscht werden. Die blauen Schlafsofas sollten ebenso mal ausgetauscht werden. Im Küchenbereich sind Ölflecken auf dem Parkett. Das Türschloss sollte mal überprüft bzw. befestigt werden. Das Treppenhaus war auch sehr muffig.
