Space was comfortable for 4 adults & 2 teens, close to many things, 1/2 hour walk to Eiffel tower. 2 washrooms (very tight squeezes but 2 non the less). Nice for large family to hang out in.
The A/C was not working great in livingroom but there were 2 fans out for us. Could be some simple things left for guests such as dish/tea/hand towels, dishwasher and laundry soap.

Great location. Air conditioning, although not well distributed, made it more comfortable.
It looks like a very good apartment that has not been taken care of: Door handles were loose. The door lock of the bathroom was jammed, at moments the door didn’t open. Internet didn’t work, and when it did it was slow and unreliable. The toilets were leaking (constant water in the floor) No bags for the trash cans. No batteries for the window blinds, not possible to operate them. No paper or cloth towels for the kitchen. The main door lock is electronic and is not reliable (we noticed it didn’t lock the door when we came back at night!)

Location and convenience to access the property
Air con was not effective and we had difficulty managing the hot weather. When we asked for compensation offset, property manager didn’t acknowledge the issue and tried to blame it on us for not giving time from our holiday to fix the issue. Felt we are being used to test and fix issues in the property without losing their commercial opportunities

Location was great. Close to subway stations and Eiffel Tower. Felt like you were living like a local as a bit further out than the main areas where tourists would stay. Lovely local restaurants and patisseries. Apartment was quite large and comfortable.
Instructions on how the Airconditioning works would be helpful.
